Good location. About 15 minutes from the centre of Marrakech by taxi. If you're fit you could walk it in 30 minutes. Someone on reception 24 hours a day. A couple of very minor glitches (e.g. a loose shower rail) were fixed almost immediately. Safe for valuables inside bedroom. Daily cleaning and fresh towels. Heaters in living room and bedroom. In January it gets cold at night.

The bed was a little firm for me but not excessively so. The sofa is also quite firm. The bathroom is very small. Only enough crockery and cutlery for 2 people so you have to do the washing up after every meal. No microwave.

A good option for those travelling with small children or otherwise want some more space. (We stayed here after some days in the medina.) The apartment was more than adequate and price seems competitive for Marrakesh. We could check in early. Central Guéliz with its food and shopping offers is a short walk away (with the Jardin Majorelle also within walking distance). Also, we noticed the meticulous cleaning every day - much more than I'd expect from a rental apartment in Europe, at the least. The included breakfast was a highlight; if everything was adequate, the food deserves a recommendation. A good range of Moroccan and Western options, with added tea/coffee, juice and baguette to ensure you'd definetly not go hungry.

The kitchen was fully functional, but utensils were down to the minimum for two people with a child. We wouldn't kill ourselves with a sharper knife, but we'd have a much easier time cutting our fruits and vegetables. Also not sure the standard in Morocco, but no water provided. (You can get one from the shop nearby, so not a great issue.)

The hotel room is very spacious and gives a vibe of a luxury place. The place has a kitchenette and I appreciated an option of making tea and cooking. The location of the hotel is superb - there is a lot of shops around, including a big shopping mall, but also Jardin Majorelle gardens, which is the top attraction in Marrakesh. For breakfast, you can choose from a menu with multiple breakfast options in the near-by restaurant.

The kitchenette in the hotel room doesn't have a lot of things, such as a knife for cutting, or a detergent to wash dishes properly after using them. Also water in a sink was getting away quite slowly. There are also no small/ambient lights in any of the rooms, neither over the kitchenette. So you need to use just the ceiling lights, which are not enough for cooking, or are too much to create a cozy evening atmosphere.

24h reception. Staff was very helpful and friendly. They tried their best to help as much as possible. Shoutout to all the staff. Good breakfast but timing was little late from 9am-12pm. Comfortable beds. Clean apartment. Change towels everyday but towels are not that much cleaner. Small shops and restaurants are nearby. Little bit far away from Medina. Abdelmalik is very nice person. He was in touch with us throughout our whole trip to Marrakech. I fell ill during my desert tour. He suggested us good hospital where we can go. He was constantly checking on us how’s my health. Really nice person we met in Marrakech. Thank you Abdelmalik for everything!!

Need to work on Wi Fi Internet is very bad, Not working at all. Small bathroom. While taking shower entire bathroom got wet. Apartment was not equipped with iron but it’s mentioned on booking.com.

An excellent apartment in the middle of modern marrakesh, home away from home, clean, super cleaned everyday, lovely staff Abdulmalik and Larbi, especially Larbi, courteous gentleman, always smiling, stands all the time, wants to help every ninutes, we just like him, 2 grocery shops close by, close to Eden Care shopping, 10mins walk, 20 - 25mad to Janna el fna, by taxi, 30mins walk on a well lite street, safe, honestly this is a great apartment, and value for money..

They should ensure a microwave is apartment 103, and do something about water all over the floor in the bathroom

The service was first class. The apartment was spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The reception staff were very helpful and went out their way to help us and signpost us to places of interest. We booked a balcony apartment but on arrival moved to the rear of the building where there was less traffic, soundproofing was good and we were undisturbed. The breakfast was also ample and very good.

The addition of lamps to the bedroom and living space, would have made the accommodation more cosy.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff. The Apartment is cleaned every day and towels changed. All the staff will always try and help if they are able. Loads and loads of draws , hangers and storage space for clothes , shoes etc. Fridge, oven, constant hot water with good shower pressure. Small shops and restaurants within a few blocks as well as a crepe stand.

None of these are real problems, but i thought i would mention them. The water from the shower goes all over the bathroom floor ( (including under the glass screen) . I think it would be handy to have a small squeegee to sweep the water away each time you shower. We ended up wetting towels to mop up the floor, which must cause a lot of extra laundry. The tv is only in arabic (subtitles not available) . We are not on holiday to watch lots of tv , but it would have been nice to watch the local news reports in the evening, to get an insight into Moroccan life :)

Room was extremely clean, and the living room and the bedrooms were nice and spacious. Bathroom was decently big and always clean. Shower pressure was also amazing. The breakfast was delicious, there were set menus and all the items tasted great but the crepes were to die for. Lastly the hosts were lovely, they were great to talk to and made our stay so much nicer.

The place was more or less perfect, met our every need. The only downside is the wifi can be a bit slow, other than that nothing bad to say about the place.

We found ourselves in need of a last-minute booking due to a double-booking issue with our previous apartment, and we were pleasantly surprised by the experience. The staff went above and beyond, offering us a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite. The suite was spacious and clean; however, the traditional decor was a bit overwhelming for our taste.

There were not enough towels for 4 of us and the shower didn't have a shower door (which is pretty standard in Morocco).

Large apartment, well ventilated bathroom, comfortable bedroom, safe (reception staff downstairs is there 24/7), hotel restaurant has nice breakfast (especially the one with msemen!) and very friendly staff and room service (can order to your room via apartment telephone), reception staff helpful, convenient location with hammam right below hotel.

Maybe there could be more warm lighting (especially in the bedroom, like a night lamp)
