the room was great, although have no window. the shower was amazing.

the fact that I paid the room with free breakfast, but unfortunately the cafe was being renovate at the time. Hence, we only got the breakfast that they've made and only that. I'm disappointed when I knew that cause I'm very looking forward for the breakfast since I stayed for 3 night.

Nice cosy room..room were spacious,bathroom was cleaned,got small fridge,some basic amenities include toiletries, internet access,safety box and a complimentary breakfast.

There's only one mirror in the room which in the bathroom.The all yellow lighting but thankfully the room we stayed got giant window so is not so dark during the day

The location is great and right at the river side and walking 0.7 miles away from the hotel and lots of local foods shops are along the way and enjoying walking around . It's cool and nice to view it The local people are friendly and nice . Love the location and basic breakfast provided and lots of foods to load in after basic breakfast. Enjoy stay. Just a sound proof was poor because Thai restaurants are next to it. After 12pm is ok.

Soundproof is poor . Overall was ok.

Major Plus: The staff team is of 5-star hotel level quality despite being in a budget hotel. You can sense the true passion to serve, ever-ready to give the wow. Extremely helpful, always smiling and welcoming. They did utmost to ready the your room before your arrival. Nice to be able to check in on arrival. Room is huge. Bed is comfy and clean. Location is near entrance of Chinatown, and is accessible to many attractions within 15min by car. Secure and safe with keycard-only lift access.

Minor issues: Room's floor laminate rather worn and peeling, water pressure in showers despite maxing the pump, its still relatively weak (subjective). Breakfast is not palatable unfortunately. As this is a value accommodation, there is no hotel parking nor hotel-reserved parkings. Be aware if you drive, coupons are required from 8am-5pm during weekdays.

Some cleaning issues such as some hair on the bathroom floor and some stains on sheets.

The rooms were nice and had a good air conditioning unit. It was a nice place to stay and worth the pay. The showers were nice, and the bathroom was pretty clean. The bed was large, and the lights were conveniently placed.

The breakfast could have had more food prepared as it was fairly scarce if you came down later. The beds could have been a little softer. The showers were nice in how they looked; we just would have preferred having hotter water because it was more lukewarm.

Staff, especially the staff, their welcomeness and approachability are top notch

Cafe was under renovation, so we have to eat take away breakfast, and the food, especially sausage is over sour until I think the sausage has expired. Hope that the cafe finish renovate soon

My stay was pleasant & comfortable. The room is big for 3 adult. the check in was smooth and fast. Have small fridge, toiletries, water bottle and can make tea in room. the breakfast is simple but ok for the amount that we have paid. Toilet is clean and got big vanity mirror. Definitely will choose this hotel again when i come to Sarawak.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, clean and had a nice shower. Breakfast was great. Close to the Chinatown area, and some 10-15 minutes walk (or just take a Grab) to the central river area. Right next to the hotel is all you can eat restaurant Amoai - also very cheap and big choice of local products.

Very good hotel in a very convenient location. Accommodation was adequate. Breakfast was very good with food items.

Bathroom should be better cleaned.
