I loved everything, literally, everything. The room, the beds, the breakfast, the lobby, the necklace they gifted us on check in was soooo sweet. I loved the pool, the beach, their service, the staff, the food. I lovvvvved this hotel. Excellent job everyone there. I would definitely want to come back again.

For the sake of being honest with whoever going to read this review, the only thing that was a bit disturbing is the far location, but like going anywhere in Dubai, it's always far and traffic

Beautiful hotel with lovely amenities, comfortable beds.

Few things why I would not return here, situated on far east side of the palm, nothing around the hotel (minimart, nails, dry cleaners) I know the hotel offers this but obviously 10x more expensive. Around the pool during the day the staff are very few and hard to get someone’s attention for drinks, food etc. Buffet breakfast is 5/10, the Indian section is quite sad and same lentil stew everyday, if your going to offer Indian food make it stand out. Few other families in the hotel agreed, your paying 5 star prices for room service, food at the pool bar etc and it’s below average, frozen chicken nuggets and dry pizza with no flavour. Next time will return to JW Marriott the food and hotel can’t be beaten.

Rooms are spacious and nice decorations Room is super clean They distribute ice lollies on beach Staff giving you towels and cold water bottles when arriving at pool/Beach Food was delicious (ordered pizza and salad on the beach, open buffet food tasted good) Tried the spa (couples massage) was great. Had the jacuzzi for 30 mins with a fruit platter and fresh juice. When you arrive you get a shell necklace which was cute and after the massage you get a beads necklace as well.

No couples pool- only 1 pool Open buffet for dinner has limited choices We were told there was an offer for the open buffet dinner, so we had dinner. When signing the billl, we were surprised to not find the discounted amount. During checkout told the staff and it was a back and forth conversation to get the discount. We were told we had to come to the reception first and then head to the restaurant to get the discount. No I am on vacation and should not have to head to the reception first, zero convince. Also when checking out and paying by card, the employee snatched the card out of my hand to tap, I hate that. Ask me first if you can take the card out of my hand. Overall, feel like my stay was not value for money compared to other 5 star hotels, especially that there is only 1 pool.

In short it’s just an exceptionally great hotel from the moment you arrive the valet parking , no standing around waiting to check in you’re seated in comfortable seating greeted with a lovely cool refreshing drink , and gifted a seashell necklace which is a nice touch . Everything is taken care for You and your family. The pool is magnificent , it’s huge ,plenty of sun beds & the staff can’t do enough for you . Buckets of ice with bottles of water supplied from the pool staff . Cold towels The breakfast, lunch & dinner is as good a food you’ll eat . It’s cooking to a very very high standard We will 100% be back I’ve stayed at a few of the palms other hotel’s ( Atlantis,raffles, Hilton ) all fantastic also BUT the Taj imo is on another level . Many , many thanks for your outstanding customer care and amazing hotel

Absolutely nothing Couldn’t find fault

Taj Exotica Palm Dubai Hotel is a luxurious, beautifully designed hotel enjoying a pristine sandy beach, a large family-friendly pool, and spacious sound proof rooms with breathtaking views of Dubai in tranquil surroundings. Its breakfast buffet is rich and varied and its sixth floor Mediterranean cuisine restaurant called Raia has superb food. While the prices are generally elevated they are competitive in comparison to other hotels and venues, and the quality is astounding. Adding to hotel’s allure is the professionalism and politeness of the staff. Taj’s kids’ club organises an exciting daily program of activities for children of all ages.

Taj Exotica exceeded our expectations. We stayed in luxury suite which was spacious and well functioning for a family. The location is great on the more peaceful side of Palm Jumeirah. The hotel has a true hotel feeling as it is not as huge as some other resorts in Palm. Taking taxi to visit Marina or downtown was easy and not expensive. Very nice beach and amazing views of the high-rise buildings while swimming. The pool area is beautiful but for more quiet day would recommend the beach. We chose full board and especially enjoyed Raia, Arabic restaurant with great outdoor terrace on top floor. In general food was great and there was variety of choice for our 5 day visit. We also had lounge access that offered afternoon drinks and magnificent sunset views. We really appreciated the hospitality of the staff in Taj Exotica.

Some palm trees at the pool area would create even more a resort feeling

Very nice and modern hotel. They opened 1 year ago so you can expect everything to be brand new! The pool area is very nice with the biggest swimming pool in the whole palm. The private beach is also amazing with beautiful views. Rooms are beautiful, the reception area is magnificent. Check in was very smooth. Staff very friendly, helpful and polite at all times. It's truly a 5* hotel.

The ONLY observation was the journey getting off the Palm. Took over 15 minutes just to reach the main road out of the Palm, so if you’re wanting to go to the Marina or the City, it does take 50 minutes to an hour in taxi. They need to build a bridge to make it more easily to get off the Palm.

The service at this hotel is unreal. From the moment you walk in, ( sea shell necklace, wet towel and a welcome drink) to getting towels placed in the cabanas for you, water coolers and water so you aren’t drinking hot water etc. I could go on and on but trust me when I say the service is amazing. The spa is lovely, the concierge was so helpful, the rooms are nice and spacious. I love that there are lifeguards by the pool and beach. The kids club is a nice bonus. The food is really good and we met the chef who is so nice. We did half board and enjoyed. I would have given it a 9.5 and not a 10 ( but there was no option) because I like real Sand and the sand here isn’t which is at no fault of the hotel. Also, we called because it was very noisy one night, we heard dishes clanking etc and my kids had a hard time falling asleep so we had to shut the door ( I like sleeping with the fresh air..) and they said the manager would call us but he never did. But overall, would recommend coming here for an awesome, clean , safe vacation especially with a family. Thank you!!! Plan to return!

The noise one night

The lobby, the facilities, the restaurants’ opening hours. Front line staff is very friendly and runs the extra mile, special mention to Kenneth (Concierge) for his above & beyond service, Murtaza & Abdul (buffet restaurant), both very guest-oriented as well.

The low shower pressure & general plumbing in the bathroom, WCs get jammed easily. Cannot open windows to ventilate for bedrooms with no balconies. Some of the food selection at the buffet is too Indian focused and often lacking description on tent cards for non-Indian nationals that are not familiar with the content of the dishes that easily look similar. Wine selection for a 5 stars hotel across restaurants could definitely be improved.
