The staff were amazing, Isabelle in reception was very welcoming and helpful. Was happy to answer any questions and help us to get anything we needed. Salvatore was a great help in recommending places to go in Pompeii and travel tips. They gave us umbrellas to borrow and water bottles to combat the heat, which was super helpful! Breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of food and drink, with all the cakes being made fresh by Salvatore’s mother each day. They gave us a Polaroid memento at the end of our trip, which was very sweet. Absolutely brilliant stay, just bring a 10c with you for the first trip up as you have to pay for the lift. Reception has coins for you to take for each subsequent lift journey.

Nothing!

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, the bathroom was lovely, the overall vibe and location are also perfect. The host was friendly and helpful. I loved the interior so much, would be happy to stay there again :)

It wasn't a problem of a hotel itself, it's just the building. Somebody has dogs that are barking quite often, which wasn't really a problem for us, but some people need to be prepared for it. Also, sometimes there was a smell coming from the street, so if you don't open windows its more than fine. But during evenings the smell was awful. Again, it has nothing to do with the rooms itself, it's just from some place in the building. We loved the room and everything about it, writing this for people to be aware of those potential things.

The rooms are so beautiful and spacious here. Truly was blown away by how lovely they were, with thoughtful little details like heart shaped chocolates on the bed when we arrived. Breakfast was lovely and delicious. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Location is great, particularly for food and right near the coast. Would 100% stay here again.

Only complaint (if you can call it that) is the elevator needing money to work. But that motivated us to take the stairs during our trip which was probably a good thing considering the amount of pasta and pizza we were eating.

The location was great. While being a bit far from the center of Naples, the area felt rather safe and not too far from good restaurants. The sea is also only a few meters away from the property. The room is very clean and comfortable and so is the bathroom. For us the highlight of the place would be the very welcoming and flexible hosts and the homemade and varied choice of cakes for breakfast!

Only minor things: the shower did not drain very well and the room’s door was not very soundproof.

The hotel is a hidden treasure. Due to our late arrival we were provided with a self check-in instructions which were very helpful in finding the hotel which is situated on the 3rd floor of a building. The furnishing was very modern and colourful and the interior decoration was very unique. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed. There is a small breakfast area where you can enjoy your coffee and try different pastries. The location is close to the Naples port from where you can take a fast ferry or a bus to the airport - there are buses and taxis with a fixed rate or you can walk around 30 minutes to reach the port. We will definitely visit again!

Beautifully decorated, well furnished. Great location, by the beach and right of the bus tour route to see the city with ease. Perfect for our one night stay. Really helpful staff and the cake selection was incredible!!

A couple of loose fittings in the bathroom which I think would be easily fixed but everything worked as it should.

Very interestingly decorated with nostalgic and funky touch. Every detail shows the designer’s intricate and innovative thoughts. The owner told me he did all the lighting for the place and he certainly chose some very lovely lamps and chandeliers. The best part was the well-prepared breakfast, with many delicious and healthy choices.

The shower sink doesn’t work too well, so the water goes down slowly. Also the sound proof of each room needs some improvement. The walls seem rather thin…

Great location in between the lungomare and Via Chiaia. Beautiful old building. Rooms nicely renovated and comfortable. Friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast spread was incredible -- an amazing assortment of homemade pastries, croissants, cakes, plus meats, other savory options, fruit, yogurt, you name it, various juices, coffee, cappuccino, etc. Best of all was really the staff -- wonderful people.

Nothing not to like.

The Napoli Tree has been an amazing experience. It is located in the beautiful Chiaia area and the lungomare is just a few meters away. It is cozily furnished and decorated with a lot of Charme. But what we liked most was the amazing hospitality of the B&B owners and all the staff! They give amazing restaurant recommendations for the evenings. And the Neapolitan breakfast variety - freshly made every day by one of the owners mothers - is to die for!

The staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was spectacularly delicious. The decor was tasteful and beautifully curated. Very high ceilings. Lots of light. The rooms were clean and spacious. We are a family of five and we would definitely stay here next time we are in Napoli.

Weird small elevator that requires the use of stairs to get to. That's not the fault of the Napoli Tree; it's just an older retrofitted building. So not handicapped accessible.
