Loved how spacious the room was and how close we were to everything we wanted to do.

When we arrived to the property, there was nobody to be found. A few other guests were waiting around the lobby as well. After waiting close to 45 minutes and checking not only every facility in the building but the hotel across the street to make sure everything was okay, we ended up being told to call the authorities because something was definitely wrong. That is when a nice lady came up front to assist us saying she was dealing with alarms going off and she was the only staff on the clock. We ended up being checked in but I’ve never experienced anything like that. I never ended up seeing that lady again, (I wish I got her name) who apologized several times and tried making things right but every other staff member I saw working the front desk was not welcoming whatsoever.

We loved the location of this hotel- made it easy to get into and back to the city. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel very clean and the bed super comfortable. We were here for only one night but would definitely return for another stay. The rate was great considering how expensive the area can be. Although we were right beside a busy four lane road, we heard no outside road noise. The suite was fully decked out with everything you needed if you wanted to stock up on food, do light cooking etc for longer stays.

Really could not come up with anything. We elected to sleep through breakfast so cannot comment on the breakfast.

Convenient to Charleston and the beach. Close to shopping and eats. Room was clean and it was very convenient to have the kitchenette. Breakfast was served although we only had it once. Parking was fine.

The hotel itself was great. Unfortunately, during our stay there was a plethora of little league baseball players there for a tournament. They ran the halls and above us sounded like they were wearing concrete shoes stomping around until around 11:00/11:30. And up with the roosters. Didn’t get to rest much the first 2 nights. We didn’t complain but was so tempted. It was not the hotels fault though.

From the time we were greeted by the very friendly and accomodating front desk staff until we left, we were very pleased with our experience. The breakfasts gave many options and changed for the days that we stayed and the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful too! Great stay!

The Location/parking lot was a little difficult to navigate and finding the entrance was a little confusing;It would have been helpful to have an umbrella or awning or a sign on the exterior showing the entrance.

The staff was exceptional! From Taja, C.J. and Sam at the front desk to Trea at the breakfast bar to Carmen cleaning the room, we were treated with kindness and professionalism that I have not experienced before.

We were told what our bill was when we arrived and paid the total amount. However, when we looked at our bill after arriving home, we noticed a charge of $466.00 added to what we paid. I understand the money was kept aside to pay for any damages to the room, but I don't believe that was explained to us upon arriving. I suggest the total bill should be shown to the residents upon arrival as well as the explanation about the portion being held for possible damages.

Clean and spacious rooms, plentiful breakfast with options for the whole family. Very friendly and attentive staff. Close enough to Charleston and surrounding attractions but not in the heart of things, which was perfect for us as a family of five who needed more space than a traditional hotel room. Clean gym, laundry services. Highly recommend.

Breakfast was great The room was more than we expected and very clean. We only stayed one night because we had rented a cottage on the Isle of Palms for our whole family. We were at the hotel because our family that lives in England was coming on Friday and we wanted to be there yo meet them

Nothing could have been better

The room had everything we could think of plus more! The staff were so helpful and welcoming. The whole hotel was extremely clean. The room was massive and so was the bathroom. The hotel had great facilities too.

There wasn't much that we didn't like other than it was sometimes tricky to get an Uber. The breakfast was nice but not out of this world. Other than I would struggle to fault it!

The waffles for breakfast were the best I have ever had. The size of the suite is what I expected. Very nice, memories were created here.

I asked for my room to be vacuumed on my second day. They came in while I was gone to empty the trash, and to provide clean towels, but didn't vacuum. Maybe they forgot. I will stay here again in a heartbeat.
