The staff were great, the hotel was clean.

Location is in the middle of nowhere , it would be a problem if you don't have a car. No restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel is located inside the Etisalat academy It is 10mn drive from the airport. The rooms are clean and spacious enough Everything is modern . They have a full sport complex with squash Babington, basket ball indoor jacczzi and sauna a huge gym and a beautiful outdoor shaded pool The whole is located in a kind of park .surrounded by trees. So quite we can hear the birds singing . The staff at reception is absolutely wonderful They hired a new Morrocan chef who is very kind ...he promised to prepare amazing food ..cannot wait to go back!!

Towels are dirty, bugs in the bathroom, water pressure is very low

Fit for purpose if you're not looking for something fancy. The $10 breakfast is not so attractive. Tried it once then went for breakfast outside. The TV is large (+++) and functional, with some movie channels and mainstream news channels. "True news" channels are missing but with the built-in casting feature of the TV, you can watch any TV channel or media. The WiFi is strong and reliable. There is no safe box in the room. The AC cooling is good and its control system is advanced. The iron and ironing board are in perfect condition. The iron has the steaming feature. What I liked most was the location (between Dubai and Sharjah), the quietness of the place (away from the highway), the abundant green plantation, and the availability of plenty of covered parking slots. It is within the premises of Etisalat Academy so you have to pass a checkpoint to enter the premises. Finally, within the premises, there is a grocery where you can buy most essentials without having to go outside. You can order via WhatsApp and get your order delivered to your room.

Housekeeping is good but maintenance needs to be improved. The toilet gets smelly (sewage smell) whenever the A/C starts because the drainage system is not well sealed to prevent sewage vapors from getting sucked into the room. That was a bad experience for me but I will assume that this is a one-off defect. The mattress is very hard. Good for the back but not the hips. I personally suffered hips pain because of the mattress.

Pool must open for all the guest from morning 0600hrs to 2000hrs. currently it's open morning session only for women and mix at the in the evening.

Rooms, location, safety, secured place

It is very new and modern. Rooms had high ceilings and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was open buffet but the food did not look appetizing. It looked like leftover lunch from the day before. It’s good value I would say under 300 aed

Their checkin process was extremely slow. It’s 2023 and they are still printing paper and asking people to sign. 20 minute wait behind 3 other people just to check in. Wifi had issues connecting on laptop, and would suddenly drop every half an hour. The location is in the middle of nowhere, need to drive 10 min to get dinner

The staff is no doubt the best part of the property. Specifically Tanvir, Mostafa and Dennie. They were amazing hosts, super helpful and diligent in executing any task that they undertook. They were super accommodating and they definitely elevate the vibe at the place.

The rooms weren’t super clean as I’ve experienced in other hotels, but I would boil that down to training issues as all the housekeeping staff are men, so better training would definitely improve that. Although they are helpful I’m not too sure they have have the best training with regards to hotel housekeeping. Also the finishes in the room was not great at all, like wallpaper pealing off, skirting loose, silicon in bathroom not done well. small things but I noticed it.
