The pool and location of this place is amazing! Everything you need is right there wouldn’t have to leave if you didn’t want to. The hotel staff and bartenders at pool were awesome! The grounds are amazing and well taken care of.

Service at restaurants was mediocre. Beds aren’t the comfiest I’ve slept in. Back was definitely killing me by the end of the week sleeping in bed. But I have also been in worse. Bathroom is definitely small but it gets the job done. It is a older hotel but from what I understand one of the originals in Havasu so I wouldn’t say it’s a bad thing. Still well taken care of.

Pool is heated. Grounds are well maintained and clean. Room was clean. On-site food and drink is pretty good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Security walks the grounds on a regular basis. The location doesn't get much better!

Beds are uncomfortable. Late night noise from partying neighbors made sleep difficult. Noise control should be a thing at 2am. We moved to an upstairs room after 2 bad nights of sleep. The walls are thin and the floors are hard so the dance party going on upstairs sounds likes its in your own room. The check-in process could use some work. During 2 recent trips the rooms were not ready at the 4pm check-in and we did not receive a text notification as promised which means we had to make our way to the front desk a few times to check on the status and then eventually get our room keys. Fortunately the pool and bar are nearby so it wasn't a deal breaker but some other guests were very, very frustrated with the process.

This property has a lot to offer and is kid friendly. Rentals, Stores, Pool Bar are readily available without needing to drive.

Wish the property had ice machines instead of getting ice bags every time you run out from the check in office of the general store. I also hate that that boats are allowed to take over the beach areas for the guest staying there who just want to float or swim with their kids without a boat coming and ruin the beach front experience.

On the water.

The mattress was springy.

The security guard (ex prison guard from Washington) was super friendly and made us feel safe. He talked to us as we were leaving and made us feel like coming back soon. The grounds were kept very clean and in good shape. The location right on the lakefront was the best thing for me. I loved opening the door and seeing the lake every morning.

The rooms were outdated and old. Bathtub faucet was leaking non-stop. It was obvious the front office staff did not really want to be there. It was just a job.

Loved the location of our room!!!! Definitely convenient when you have a fur baby. The staff were very very nice and welcoming. Our room was big and roomy. The pool is AWESOME!!! Overall, this place is really nice and I would most definitely stay again and again.

The bed was our only issue. Just a bit uncomfortable and our backs weren't to happy with us BUT we made do and enjoyed our stay.

The location of the Nautical can not be beat if you are there to boat on the lake. The staff was very pleasant and friendly. They are located on the best part of the island and have done a marvelous job of beautifying the area!

I was expecting a full kitchenette and only had a small microwave and mini fridge. The beds were full size and not queens. The buildings are quite old. Fresh coats of paint can only do so much. The price to beach your boat in their cove was way too much, and their slips were on a first come first served basis only.

You could not get clean towels and had to basically BEG for clean towels. I didn't care that there was not any room service, but clean towels was my only request and one day I requested it in the morning and didn't receive them until after my children were in bed and couldn't bathe that evening after 11pm. My only complaint about this property. Still an important one to me though. We ended up getting towels replaced ONE TIME and had to use the same towels, washcloths and hand towels entire trip. Something I think that this location should consider is wanting to keep guest's comfortable. Showering to clean up and then drying off on a dirty towel is NOT something my family does at home.

The location is perfect right on the water. Everything you need from boat rentals to food Is located on site.

It took 2 hours for me to actually get my room. Check-in was at 4 pm. I arrived early and proceeded with the check-in. Figured I would give them a little time to have everything ready well I didn't get my room until 6pm 2hrs after my check in time it was very frustrating.

while booking it said breakfast was available for a fee. while we were there there was no breakfast available. we were told the restaurant was no longer open for breakfast for unknown reasons. shouldn’t be advertised if it’s not going to be there.
