The Staff in The Park Hotel are extremely friendly and polite in all aspects, dinning, bar, house keeping and reception staff were all absolutely lovely and went above and beyond to make my son and I comfortable throughout our stay. The food in the hotel is lovely, breakfast was exceptional with all options both on display and hot food made to order. I ordered food from the bar also which was also very satisfying. The hotel was extremely clean with great attention to detail on cleanliness. 10/10 for The Park Hotel. The staff are a true credit to Hotel, I can not stress that enough. Lovely people. Will definitely stay again.

staff friendly, rooms clean, good breakfast. Would stay again.
Too many food menus, bar one till 5pm, restaurant had 2, one till 7pm, then one till 9pm. We were in the restaurant before 7pm and were given the upto 7pm one. While going through the menu it was taken off us and we were told to order off the 9pm one which was more expensive for the same food. The food wasn't great, my husbands burger was very dry, my chips looked like they were the scraps from the bottom of the fryer and my mums chips were cold. So definitely not value for money, they did take my husbands meal off the bill as he couldn't eat it, but not good I'm afraid.

Love the racehorse theme on all the pictures. Ample free parking. Reception staff are very professional and friendly.
We were not greeted immediately on arrival at breakfast, which was very oilly. We weren't offered any alternative, a cooked breakfast, or no cooked breakfast. There would have been less waste if we had been asked if we wanted everything to be included, i.e. beans, black pudding, mushrooms? No brown toast? I'm not sure if it was available as it wasnt offered? The continental breakfast options were good except the juice which was either squash, watered down, or of very poor quality. The coffee ran out and wasn't refilled until a customer told the waiting staff. Female staff were pleasant. Not sure if cross-contamination could be avoided with only a damp piece of paper to wipe the tables. They were rather sticky.

The hotel was very tidy, I liked the fact my car was secure in the car park as we attended a pink concert and left the car in the car park and it was kept safe.
The staff was friendly and helpful but only issue we had is the breakfast time, as my partner had to approach staff to ask for a breakfast and then later on they come over and asked for our order even tho we have already asked for a breakfast and they asked if we wanted toast which we did want and we never got the toast and eventually we left after waiting awhile for toast and we never got it but other than that, we was happy with the rest of our stay.

The staff went above and beyond for us as a family! Jodie, the lady on reception could not do enough to help us. We had an awful air b&b booking and ended up at the park hotel last minute. Jodie was so helpful and kind. She was so lovely to my children too. In the morning we had to leave early and the staff made sure both the children had food in their tummies despite it being before breakfast hours. They sent them on their way with a lovely little pack up of different things for their breakfast. The room was clean and comfy and the bar was welcoming. Honestly wish we’d chosen to stay here in the first place. We will definitely stay again.

Resteraunt and bar meals were excellent in terms of quality and quantity as well as price. Staff were all pleasant and helpful from check in to check out . Parking was good, safe and plentiful. Very easy to reach Aintree international equestrian centre where my daughter was competing at Stars. Will book again if she qualified next year
Nothing. Previous reviews had made me worried after some of the poor reviews but could not fault hotel. Room was adequate for us both not huge but clean, comfortable and everything we needed. We were there during the week for two nights so noise was not a problem and we were also at the front of the hotel and noise from main road was not an issue and we come from a small rural village where we are not on a main road!

As a regular business traveler I try not to book hotels as they can feel quite sterile and impersonal but not here. From the moment you arrive to the minute you depart you're greeted with a warm smile and a friendly atmosphere. The rooms are modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. Huge modern bathroom with a powerful shower. Sleeping area is great with enough room to work from if required. With the option of bar or restaurant food you are spoilt for choice from a varied menu at really inexpensive prices and the staff can't do enough for you. With a huge variety of breakfast options, hot or cold, and cooked to order this location offers one of if not the best hotels I've stayed at.
I have no negative feedback to offer

I am mobility impaired and although the hotel had a lift it also had steps on the upper floor which I couldn't negotiate with my walker. My husband was only staying the first night of three and then I was on my own. Explaining the situation to the staff they very kindly jiggled their full booking to let me have a room on a flat corridor for the remaining two nights There were also three steps up and down to the dining room but a wheelchair lift for the first steps. The staff were very solicitous for my welfare once I was on my own. Also with another guest. The staff were lovely. The hotel very clean and well decorated. Good food and attractive bar. large car park. Very good value for money. If you are mobility impaired you need to discuss your needs beforehand with the hotel.
The bedside lights were not working and the switches had been taped over? Also one of two ceiling downlighters was out. I failed to mention this to the staff, My first room was at the back but the second was at the front on the main road which was quite noisy. Relatively minor irritations!

Room was large, clean, and quiet. Cooked breakfast (which included a vegetarian option) plus cold buffet was well provisioned. Reasonable selection of hot food at the on-site bar for dinner (there is also a restaurant, for those after a more "fine dining" experience). Manned reception, which stored my suitcase for the day upon check-out. Walkable from Aintree railway station (served by regular trains between Liverpool and Ormskirk).
Light leaked into the room from the corridor beneath the door (fortunately, corridor light is motion-activated, so was, mercifully, off for most of the night). The immediate vicinity of the hotel is not very pedestrian-friendly -- there is a very busy dual-carriageway in front of the hotel, with barriers that make it difficult to cross the road except in one designated place (on the wrong side of the crossroads, unfortunately, resulting in the need to walk along dual-carriageway and cross the side road as well). Also, one has to walk around the side of the premises to enter (no pedestrian gate in front). Fortunately, my room was at the back of the hotel (with an excellent view of the checkouts of a neighbouring supermarket!), so it was nice and quiet.

The staff were all wonderful and helpful, even down to the cleaning team. We really enjoyed our food here, the breakfasts were great and the evening menu was really tasty too. Location wise, it wasn't too difficult to Uber into the city and was, for the money we paid a pleasant stay
Room was a little bit done in, some switches and lights weren't working. The heating was controlled by the hotel rather than room so we couldn't get much in the way of warmth at night. Bed was 2 twins pushed together into a makeshift double which caused an uncomfortable night's sleep with the groove in the middle creating some discomfort.
