Absolutely lovely stay thanks to amazing people creating this hotel. At our arrival Christoph has given us all the information needed and was very helpful and charming (he also helped us with reservation at the Plage les Pirates - Pinede, in my opinion the nicest beach in Juan les Pins). Our room had a beautiful, spacious balcony with the view of the neighborhood. Charming swimming pool and the breakfast outdoor with a very nice choice of local products have made our short vacation even nicer. I’m already planning my next stay.

The hotel location is great, you can walk to a nice quiet little beach to the left of the Belle Rives hotel (the main beach’s are too crowded by Australian standards!) you can also walk over the hill to Antibes which is much nicer than Juan Les Pins as it has all the little streets and beautiful places to eat. The room was good, it had a little balcony looking over the car park and a seperate area for the wardrobe which made the actual bedroom more spacious, the en suite is tiny! The lack of a coffee machine or even a kettle is crazy in this day and age, I can’t think of one other hotel no matter the price that doesn’t have one these days! The pool area is lovely after a day out, you can sit back on one of the plentiful day beds and enjoy a dip in the pool. The staff make the hotel, the guy on reception was the friendliest man and booked two hard to get restaurants at the last minute for me. I would stay here again as a base to explore Antibes unless I could find something with a pool closer!

Beautiful boutique hotel, the interior design of the rooms, bar area and reception was stunning. Staff very friendly. Pool area was better than expected and very relaxing. The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Location perfect- walking distance to the beach , restaurants, bars, train station and an easy walk to Old Antibes. We will definitely return

If we had to be very critical- lack of tea/coffee machine in room. However very easy to get one from the bar and take back to the room.

It was a perfect Oasis of peace, very pretty super comfortable room. Mine was overlooking the pool on the third floor with a lovely little balcony and the decor was perfect. Cool and calm to retreat to from a very hot week. Pool was fantastic and very welcome with comfortable sunbeds to escape from the busyness of some of the local beaches. Breakfasts were very good and as a solo traveller for the first time I found it a very happy place to be. Staff reception were excellent in recommending local restaurants and made the booking for me. Highly recommend

We were recommended the hotel by a friend who has a second home in Juan. When we arrived we were delighted with the physical appearance of the hotel and the entrance area with swimming pool and 'restaurant' area. We were welcomed by very friendly staff at Reception who took over our luggage and delivered it to our room which was on the first floor and had a balcony at the side of the hotel. It did not have a direct view of the gardens, but overlooked a windowless wall of a rather charming old house and gave us a lot of privacy as we were not overlooked. I believe the hotel has recently been refurbished and the interior design was delightful. My husband uses a mobility scooter and the staff were very accommodating providing us with a sheltered space outside to park it. Overall, the hotel and the staff could not have been better.

It you are looking for a French European hotel vibe, this is the place !!! The staff ! The staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The breakfast has plenty of stuff. The property is very close to the beach (real sand) and the restaurants. It’s a 10 minutes walk from the train station. The pool is a great asset too.

The hotel is really pretty, you can tell it's been refurbished recently. The pool area and bar are particularly nice. Perfect location for Juan Les Pins as it's just 2 minutes walk to the shops and beach. You can also walk to Antibes in 20 minutes which is great. We didn't have the breakfast but it looked nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and nicely decorated, it was just quite small.

I booked a Prestige room with terrace. The photos of this room are quite misleading- I thought the terrace would have been bigger than a balcony. We were given a room with no terrace, just a tiny balcony overlooking the car park with a tree growing over it so it let only a little light and no sun. We asked to be moved straight away but there were no rooms available until the last night of our stay so there was no point. It was frustrating as that was why I picked that hotel and room specifically.

Went here on a solo yolo trip and the staff were most helpful in providing ideas and bookings for activities and reservations. The location is in a safe and wonderful part of JLP, within easy walking distance to the beach and nearby attractions. It's only a 10 minute bike ride to Antibes Old Town, and 10 minutes to Cap D'Antibes. My room was on the smaller side, but that's because I chose the most economical option, and it was perfectly comfortable with a separate toilet and washroom, desk and two wardrobes. The hotel itself has a lovely breakfast, delicious pool and even shower facilities guests can you if they stay past check out. I could not recommend this place more.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way!

Lovely setting and the staff are a credit to this hotel. Rooms are well appointed and the rooms recently remodeled. Bed is very comfortable with nice linens. Nice walk in showers. Good clothes storage. Eco friendly hotel. The pool! Clean and cool.

The only inconvenience was the key card kept deactivating so we had to get them reprogrammed every other day. Not a big deal.

The hotel was in a beautiful location, very central and a short walk around to the Cape as well as on the correct side for shopping, cafes and restaurants. The pool was divine! It has poolside bar service. We loved that the hotel is dog friendly (despite not taking our dogs), and there’s a gorgeous little sun lounge for dogs by the pool! The 24hr bar service is excellent. The staff were absolutely lovely and all at least tri-lingual! There’s a sign at the front desk telling you which staff member speaks which languages which was a nice touch. The room we had also had a lovely big balcony with a beautiful view of the pool.

The room we had was quite small and the layout a bit odd in that you wouldn’t really use the sitting room for anything other than suitcases, the bathroom door you couldn’t open fully due to the bed. There were also quite a few ants in our room which got into all our luggage. Nothing that impacted our holiday significantly :) We also thought it might be nice to have some water available in the room and to consider a minibar in the rooms if possible :)
