The facility was nice, everything was very clean. the beds were extremely comfortable. the staff made sure I got my requested adjoining rooms. the breakfast was great.

One of the reasons we came was because of the indoor heated pool for my grandkids to enjoy. My only complaint I have is that chlorine was so strong that it irritated the kids eyes. And the smell was so strong. Also, we could have used some more USB outlets available.

Nice clean modern comfortable hotel. Really enjoyed the stay. Food was very good. Reception very helpful. Good parking. A lovely bedroom with lots of space , charging points and plugs.

A bit of a walk to Downtown but easily managed. There is room perhaps to make more of the Lounge area(where breakfast is held). It is a bit lost as an area to relax in, in the evening. WiFi a bit spotty.

Breakfast was fair, cold eggs, just fair cheese omelet, good cinnamon rolls, loved the juice machine. The room was clean and comfortable. The TV worked great. I loved having a refrigerator and microwave oven in my room. I do wish the bath towels were a little bigger as I'm a bigger guy.

Breakfast could have been better but other than that, great stay, location, and clean room!

We really appreciate Marquita's help at the front desk. We were one night there during our road trip in December and everything was great, so we knew that we will repeat. One week later we were there again. This time they didn't find our reservation with Booking, but Marquita set up everything even they were almost sold out.. It is a nice hotel, clean, nice rooms, nice services, ...

Breakfast time was crowdy. No waffles. Not a lot of tables for so many people.

Everything was fine until we moved the long chair in the room and found a pair of men’s boxers underneath 😞

The fact that once moving the long chair in the room there was some men boxers underneath was quite disgusting. The morning clerk didn’t sound to concerned & didn’t try to make it right she only stated she will speak with the executive housekeeping person while saying well I’m sorry and thanks for letting us know. Yea what a response Smh

Rooms are nice & clean. Breakfast was plentiful, hot and good! Parking is free and convenient. We checked in with no problems. .

We checked in with no problems. Went to bed. At midnight someone (with a key!) opened our door, turned on the lights, saw us & left. The next day we were told they had no record of us checking in so they booked our room, again.

The pool was awesome. Warm too! Mike and Byron at the front desk were so kind and hospitable. The breakfast was great.

Breakfast was great but never changed the menu. Everyday it was exactly the same. Our room was great but was aged. You could tell it needed cosmetic attention. The cover fell off of the wall AC unit twice. The wall paper in the bathroom was pulling up at the bottom.

This was a good hotel. The price was slightly high but I found out there was a big sports conference going on so I’m sure that drove the price up, The room was comfortable, I enjoyed the breakfast and the fitness center.

Only one person working at front desk and the check in process of the person in front of us was lengthy.

Location was excellent and easy to navigate. Breakfast and staff were professional and courteous. Room and amenities were commendable. Will stay again if travels take me to this area.

I didn’t know there was a blind behind the shade blind but figured it out. I wish the Tv channels were identified but caused me no problems.

This was our 2nd stay here over the last 5 years and there were several pleasant surprises. We arrived much earlier than the scheduled check in but the wonderful desk manager had housekeeping prepare our room immediately which was very much appreciated. Also, the breakfast was surprisingly well stocked and very tasty. The previous stay was less pleasant due to extensive road and sidewalk work being done out front by the City of Chattanooga, but this was perfect and now after those repairs you can walk anywhere downtown.

The bed was too high and the toilet to low, but otherwise everything was perfect!
