The staff was great, the food very delicious, they provide clean towels, shampoo and soap. The room was cleaned every day. Near the hotel many markets. All was great about staff and room.

Its written that taxi is included from airport. However, we had to pay 450 ruppee for parking in the airport while hotel driver was waiting for us. Additionally, driver asked for 200 ruppee tips that we had to give.

I have come since it was built, and at that time it was like a retreat for me, new clean, bright - great food. Despite many middle class places deteriorates quickly in India (I know, belive me), the prime Balaji is my home, whenever in Delhi. I have also brought groups of friends from Denmark here. So I like it, Silence in the chaotic New Delhi Railway station area, and great staff - even from Nepal. Rooms a ok size, room service food is great, and breakfast upstairs is the same.

The staff were out of this world extremely attentive respectful and on point. Very thoughtful and always willing to help and meet and go beyond our expectations. The room was spacious, clean, towels and sheets clean, hygienic and with all the amenities. Breakfast was extremely good and had enough choice. Breakfast staff were impeccable. Our favourite staff were the security guards and the breakfast staff they always went the extra mile to ensure we were safe and felt cared for. The room was cleaned to a decent standard everyday. For the price point this is a must stay, certainly recommend and would stay here again and again. The mikky restaurant and guru dev(veg) both around the corner are a must try. Incredible food and extremely affordable. The location is full of things to do and felt safe. Totally forgot to take photos but photos on booking are the real deal.

Due to heavy traffic location some rickshaw drivers are reluctant to drive there (arakshan rd). Disclaimer...This has nothing to do with hotel. Easy to go from hotel to other parts of the city. Like everywhere in India creepy crawleys tend to appear but nothing special.

First, I had a request in the early morning of my booking that was fulfilled quickly and easily, that was a very good start, and I want to thank them again for this. The street is a small street and very quiet: you don't hear the noise of the avenue next to it. Also, when you arrive in this hotel, you are received like in a 5 stars hotel. Seriously. The staff is incredibly professional, polite and nice. I even thought that maybe I confused with another property. But no: they simply have a high standard of professionalism! Oh, and they are really fluent in English! The room is quite spacious and, rare thing with hotels in India: everything works!! The bed was clean and comfortable and I had a perfect sleep. The room service was efficient, quick, and the food was delicious and with gigantic portions: fabulous! If I have to stay in Delhi again, I will definitely stay there!

As always, few things would need maintenance: as I said, everything works fine, but you can see that items are aging. Money is not only to please the owner, but also to refurbish and renew things! Delhi is super cold these days, so taking the breakfast at the top restaurant was like taking the breakfast in a fridge. Not very pleasant, especially as the food was quite cold too!

Completely acceptable offering based on its value for money & definitely good enough to be comfortable. Helpful staff, although that seems to be the culture in india. Mr.Singh is very a pro-active manager at this property. Central location, but the neighborhood is not as clean and presentable as areas in Delhi with new malls etc, yet much more convenient a location than outlying parts of the city.

Breakfast, though much better than the non-buffet hotels in the area, starts to show some budgeting in quality. Building isn't the newest, & even shows accumulated dirt in some areas, so don't expect the Waldorf Astoria at this price in this location. Hotel pick up, even though offered as free, doesn't mention the 300rupee parking charge, so effectively, if you're a frequent traveler & acclimate easily with metro systems, you'd actually find it much cheaper and quicker to take the airport metro then (doesn't run 24 hours though).

The location is very good, specially for its proximity to the train station. Also being in a little alley made it quieter than other areas of Delhi. The pick up from the airport was super convenient after a long flight….and you avoid all the initial scams upon arrival in Delhi. Good water pressure and hot water. the breakfast was ok. Staff at breakfast were kind.

Our room was not in best of conditions, sheets not the cleanest I’ve seen and it was not quite as we saw in the pictures…all felt a bit worn-out… The reception guys were pretty dry…

Unexpectedly the location is good and the staff are polite. They accepted my early checkin request without any extra charge. The room is good, neat and clean. The best part of the hotel is its complimentary breakfast (buffet). Overall my stay was comfortable and will definitely go for the same hotel next time.

The sanitation incharge should personally go and check the cleaning done by the sanitation staff. They do cleaning which look good from distance. I meant the bathroom and room were not cleaned properly though I requested and staff cleaned also.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, food, value for money We spent 5 nights in the Hotel with a one year baby The room was also a good size overall we have enjoyed the stay and if we will have to stay again for more days in Delhi, we will consider the hotel again

The Wifi is poor and fall every minute unless you have a sim card internet don't really on hotel wifi 📶 The area is very crowded and not for people who aren't used to Crowded places in Delhi We have used Uber coming and going

Spent a long time trying to find a suitable stay in Delhi and decided to give this place a go. All in all, a great experience at Prime Balaji Deluxe, run by the excellent Mr Dinesh and Shym. The free airport pickup was a fantastic service, especially since my flight landed many hours sate and the Metro had already closed by the time I arrived. The location was incredibly convenient for my needs, just a short walk from the New Delhi railway station. The complimentary breakfast was great with a huge variety of choice. Didn't even need to have lunch after that. The rooms were clean and comfortable and with effective air conditioning - very important in Delhi heat! Other good points were that the hotel offered free water each day and free luggage storage, which was perfect for my schedule. But most importantly, I was especially impressed by their flexibility in allowing me to use a room for a quick shower before my departure, a thoughtful touch that made all the difference. Definitely recommend staying here.

Not much. All was as expected within this price range in this part of Delhi. No complaints!
