Excellent location, best staff in the area! The restaurant was amazing, definitely a must try! Breakfast had many varieties and very delicious! Best place to stay in Albania for sure!

Everything was perfect. Nothing to be dissatisfied with.

It's so close to the sea! And you can book the sunbeds in the morning for free! The cuisine has a lot of choices, though the ice cream had only one flavor. The rooms are just the right size for getting in to shower and sleep in between the swimming and sunbathing.

There were occasional checks of rooms that were done with no knocks on the door, just the door opened with the master key. :( It made me jumpy because of no security illusion. If you like to dance in the evenings, and love the parks with some attractions - this is your spot. If you like quiteness - then it's a nono. The music is too loud in the evenings.

We were helped with bags and the room was okay, although a higher level floor would've been nicer. Got a discount, 50€ a night.

We couldn't change rooms to another floor although there were literally 1-2 people in addition to us in the whole hotel. Bathroom light was out and there was a broken wood piece in the bathroom which was covered with tape

Very nice place for relax and enjoying, I was staying around 18 days in this hotel, it was very nice experience, rooms are so clean and comfortable, restaurant every time can surprise you with delicious dishes, bar have a very big cocktail cart, but special words for staff who is working, they are so nice , friendly and helpful, starting from reception, then restaurant , Sergei ( always smiling) even working so many hours, and beach men also very nice and for sure guys from bar , very professional bartender, and professional service, owners have to take care about staff they are doing this place perfect

The location is fantastic, beachfront, right at the pedestrian lungomare of Durres, beautiful sights and the sunset is fantastic from the bar / restaurant. The view from the room was fantastic. The rooms were clean, confortable, with a minibar full of snacks and water and beer and everything you might need for an afternoon snack. The staff was wonderful from the manager to the reception and the cleaning members. Huge shout out to Bardha who was the welcoming smile that made me very welcomed in the hotel. Great job to everyone for the hard word that you put in. Try the restaurant and the different fish dishes and the pizzas that they make are fantastic!!

We really liked this place!! Comfortable beds, a great location, beach is right in front of the hotel and you get 2 sunbeds as a guest on the beach. The breakfast is delicious and the personnel is really kind. unfortunatelly, we had to leave the place early, but Lynda was trying really hard to help us with our problem. Her beautiful smile and charming personality made our stay even more enjoyable and we felt welcomed! Thank you Lynda ☺️

Not really about this hotel and its more like a note to all travelers to Albania: you should bring cash. Many places dont accept credit card, but they take euros.

The room was nice and clean. We had a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was friendly, however only the receptionist spoke English well. The beach is right in front of the hotel and the biggest plus is that there is a parking place.

The breakfast was the same everyday! They do not have a buffet like any other 4 star hotel. Also the coffee is not good. The AC did not work properly given the fact that it looked extremely old and tired. Also the fact that not everybody can speak English, or any other international language can be troubling.

The staff is very kind and attentive to the need of the customers. Wash the floor and change bed linen and towels daily.

The resort is quite crowded. Access roads between hotels and guesthouses wery narrow. Lots of sea grass in the water.

The light in the toilet is not working but it’s manageable.

This is the best hotel from what I have stayed in Albania. The location was perfect, beach front, which was very relaxing and quiet. Everything was perfectly clean and neat and the staff was very helpful and kind. The cuisine was my favourite, the meals were fresh and delicious. I had an amazing stay and will come again in the future.
