The room was a lot more equipped than we expected with a nice lounge area, dining table and a little kitchen. Really think the photos don't do it justice as it's a really nice room with a spacious bathroom. Very comfortable. Car space and a little bench at the front of each apartment too. At reception they have a pool table you can use too if you fancy it.

Nothing really. Just a few notes to help future travellers. It's a little outside of the town centre, so you'll need a car to drive there. We thought there was a spa, but it's not for everyone's use, just the apartments that have it included. It didn't affect our stay as we went to the local hot springs anyway.

The location to the venue we were going was perfect. The staff were friendly. The room was quiet, spacious and well equipped with everything you need. Although the hotel is looking a little tired the rooms are still in great condition. Great shower pressure and bench space in the bathroom, very good layout with little kitchenette, perfect! Washer and dryer as well.

The bathroom walls and bench were a little dirty and the sheets on the bed not tucked in, but this is a minor problem. No restaurant at the moment due to staff shortages, but disappointing. Maybe continental breakfast supplies like little cereal packs and fresh milk in the main restaurant would be all you need to provide But there are cafes and shops in town.

Rooms are large, everything works, check in is easy, water pressure is good. They include sensible extras like a shower cap and pay-to-use snacks/mini bar. The place is a little worn but nice looking. Sheets are good quality and the bed was comfortable. I’m a repeat customer.

I found the room a little noisy with water gurgling in the pipes through the night. The trees are grown to the point where you need to duck to get past them after parking. The motel is a little further out of town.

Unexpectedly whilst looking for an ironing board and iron found behind a door was a small functional washing machine and dryer. Also cutlery, crockery for two plus a microwave. The fridge was full of beverages both alcoholic and non alcoholic as well as an assortment of nibbles.

Though functional and only a preference thing, wall mounted towel rails rather than towel dual horns to dry towels on. It would have been nice to have the option to deny having towels changed daily to be more economical but this was included in the option to have the room serviced or not.

Super comfy beds. Excellent layout of bathroom. A private courtyard surrounded by a walls of plants. kitchenette had all necessities such as a sharp knife and a cutting board, even a selection of twining teas! Whisper quiet location, and easy to locate. Effective air conditioner. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Friendly staff, comfortable, had a great bar fridge and snack selection at very reasonable price, had crockery, cutlery, a microwave, pepper and salt, a guide to food in the area, plus iron, washing machine and dryer. A sink etc. I couldn't fault them. Thankyou.

First impressions from the street were a little disappointing as the building did not look that inviting. Also, due to part of the sign being missing, it was not immediately clear that bairnsdalemo was, in fact, Bairnsdale Motel. We suggest the sign is repaired as soon as possible if you don't want future guests to pass you by! Once we got into our room, we loved it

Location: not far from town. We were heard to ride the East Gippsland Rail Trail and the accomodation was not far so we could ride from the Motel. Staff and check in/check out: staff were extremely friendly from check in to check out. We asked for a later checkout and they were most accomodating. Room: clean and well serviced in terms of facilities re microwave, cutlery and plates, toaster and kettle. Bathrooms are large. Free wifi access also. Spacious rooms.

The bed was slightly too soft for me, but that is a personal preference. Nothing else we didn’t like.

It was clean, well equipped with a great size space and a cute kitchenette. Perfect parking with your vehicle right outside the room. Super quiet. Comfy bed. Washer, dryer. All in all for a motel it was a 10 out of 10. Would definitely stop here again.

I have stayed here before. It is very convenient to my family who live in Eastwood. I am welcomed warmly.The room is well set up for me to cater basically for myself. I did take some warm rugs from home which I needed.
