All staff are warm/greeting at the front office reception. Channeul and Linda are really good. Linda is truly exceptional as she went all the way to check/help on the detergent powder and how to operate the laundry for washing clothes etc. Will surely come back. Breakfast team is good and available from 5am to 9am. Good place to stay with airport shuttle. No smoking and outside the strip. Depends on if someone wants to stay in the strip. It would be great if they can combine the airport shuttle timings into a shuttle to strip (a single stop will do). For example: hourly or half-hourly to airport and the remaining 30mins to a shuttle point in the strip.

Lift needs an upgrade (probably a glass lift or 2 lifts). No stair case from level 2 to level 1/ground floor. So, only option is to wait for the lift at level 2 and 3.

Room: King bed so plenty of space and pillows. Good size, could open the window a little for regular weather rather than AC. Had amenities I didn't use but had everything I needed. Breakfast: although not permitted to take back to the room, the breakfast delivered on "full" - juices, breads, yougurts, burritos and HB eggs, scrambled eggs and sausage and potatoes and pancakes and 3 cereals and mile plus fresh fruit, bars, oatmeal and pnut butter/jelly! Plus a small store if you needed a soda as I did!

I would have liked a map to the closest store (given the proximity to airport), the closest bus stop and how much it is; and to strip if walking. But honestly the place was clean, close, inexpensive, pool/fitness/wifi/breakfast/parking all included. Amazing find! I'd come back if every in Vegas again.

The hotel front desk staff...(I believe her name was Sharon.) She was so nice & professional..I called about 2 hrs before check-in to see if perhaps I could pay for an early check-in & she said to come on in that my room was ready..That just put some ease into my trip & last night in Vegas! 7-Fold. Thank you Sharon! 😊 I really appreci8d tge fact that your deposit fee of $50 was so affordable!..& that you refunded at check-out (being the room wasnt thrashed, disrespected, & no theft of course).. My deposit was actuallt deposited back into my acct 30mins before me & my 2 kiddos checked out..Y'all gad free coffee, I just came from 2 nights ar Mandalay Bay which no free coffee nor microwave & the mini fridge was stuffed packed with the hotels OVER-PRICED beverages & alcohol..So couldnt get anything drinks cold!. I mean wasn't too much ta not like....👌🏽💯💌

The beds weren't the most comfortable...kinda squeeky but u still got 2 sleep!

Very close to the airport, free airport shuttle, free breakfast that had a lot of choices and was available from 5 to 9 am., comfortable room, friendly front desk staff and shuttle driver. Rooms were clean, and their were plenty of towels!

I needed an early check-in because I was part of a tour group, and we were dropped off at the airport at 10 am. So I had to pay 25.00 plus tax in order to get into my room before 3. I thought early check-in was part of being a Best Western Rewards member. I stayed at a Holiday Inn in June, and they did not charge for early check-in. Also, the location was close to the airport but not to anything else. So unless you had a car (which I didn't), you had to get an Uber or Lyft to get to food or entertainment. Rooms were on the small side. It was fine for me but would have been a little tight for two people.

this was such a great hotel for us to stay at. the room was large enough for 5 people & the beds were comfortable. the staff were super friendly & breakfast was amazing. plus this hotel isn't too far from the strip

our room was 207 & we were right next to the elevator so we heard it going up & down at night. the airport is across the street, the noise wasn't too loud but maybe have some earplugs handy.

Staff was good at front desk. The shuttle service to airport was good. The location is quite close to airport so good for a night's stay coming in or going out of Las Vegas. Breakfast was not great but acceptable.

There was no hot water in the bath room. Had to call the front desk early in the morning. Luckily for us that the interconnected room was vacant and we were allowed to use the bathroom of that room. The driver of the airport shuttle was a little rude to start with.

Complimentary breakfast was good. Near to las vegas strip. 30 mins by walking to MGM grand casino. Hotel was clean. We drive from airport, parking is free in hotel. 10 mins drive from airport. Next block is supermarket and petrol station.

Lighting was dull, only Table lamp.. AC was too much noisy, 2 to 3 times wake up and switch off and restart. On booking.com security deposit of $50 mentioned, but hotel charged $50 per night total $200.for 4 nights.and they didn't give any receipt.When we checkout they said we will charge only $600 from pending transaction but my credit card was showing $800 pending transaction. I hope they will not charge $200 deposit otherwise I have to contact hotel to get money back. No place in room to open the baggage.

The hotel is within a mile of the Harry Reid Intl Airport. The hotel room was comfortable and had a hair dryer, safe, microwave and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable with lots of pillows! The staff at the hotel were very helpful with any questions I had.

There was a place in the lobby to buy frozen dinners, bottled water, soda and the like. Not many vegetarian options but I was able to make it work. The shuttle has limited hours. I was not able to use the shuttle as it does not run at 5:45 am.

really close to airport, prompt shuttle service, nice to have a pool, staff was excellent at all hours, the breakfast options were bountiful and better than most places I have stayed at, location was not super congested with traffic and very accessible

elevator broke on last night so we had to use the stairs to carry all of our stuff down, was not a huge deal since we did not have a lot of luggage but a slight inconvenience for sure

The breakfast and staff were amazing. Food was plentiful and tasty. Staff very friendly, considerate and contentious Reception staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

Rooms were adequate. Our room window blind did not work properly. The light was coming through and was quite bright in the morning. Not sure if the air conditioning was working. Didn’t seem to cool and there was a musty smell to the room Mat in bathtub was slippery
