The hotel was clean. The front desk people was very friendly. The breakfast was very basic but good.

I received an email before my arrival saying that if the hotel didn’t have an updated credit card then they would give my rooms away without a refund. When I called to clarify. It took three phone calls to actually talk with them. Cliff was very confused even asked if I was sure the email was from them. (I called the number in the email and he answered!) Then when I arrived they still was unsure about the email. I showed the email and they still didn’t acknowledge it came from them…. Very weird. Also I requested adjoining rooms and there was no notes on my reservation. So the woman at the desk said our rooms were very close. They were both on the first floor but on opposite ends of the hotel. 🫤

Really enjoyed our stay, lovely big room, very clean. no noise. great location. great view. Breakfast was good, small choice but all you would need (eggs, sausage, cereals, toast, yogurt, muffins, fruit). Denny's literally next to the hotel which was great. Chinese, mexican, American food, Pizza within few mins walk, including supermarket further down the road and a small grocery/liquor store very near to hotel. About 25 mins in car to Mariposa Grove (Yosemite south entrance), a further hour after that to Yosemite Village. Would definitely stay here again. Yosemite is stunning!!!!

The rooms were very spacious for 2 persons. It is a short 30min drive to the southgate entrance of yosemite national park. Morning breakfast was basic but a great service provided for those who want to fill up before heading out. Staff were very friendly and the wifi worked well. Parking out in front of the hotel was well lit and we didn't have any issues finding a lot. Laundry facilities were available for $3/wash load - would be great if it could be 24h access though.

Not sure if we missed it, but a water filling station would've been a great addition!

The king suite with the balcony was a great deal. We had a lot of space to ourselves in the room and on the balcony. The property was also very quiet. We didn’t hear other travelers from our room. The location is fantastic. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from right outside the lobby. We loved being within 20 minutes of Yosemite gate..

The continental breakfast didn’t have many options to choose from. It was very simple. I would’ve liked to have seen waffles and/or bagels as an option too. The coffee machine wasn’t working while we were there so we also didn’t have hot water for the oatmeal packets.

Staff - excellent customer service, friendly, professional and helpful Room - large, modern, comfortable beds, good TV with plenty channels to choose from. Swimming pool was a nice option to have Available good quality washing machines (3) and driers (3) that are coin operated ($3 per run) - this was excellent for us to have access to this facility (big win!) Plenty of guest parking directly out the front of the hotel and around side and back at no extra cost. Bathrooms were spacious, well equipped and in good condition Room safe is a good thing to have Small fridge was very handy to store a few drinks and water that we picked up along the way Room rate had breakfast included, I was not expecting anything too elaborate, but this was a decent spread of hot food, 3 to 4 different cereals, a couple of different fruit juices, coffee/tea and more, plus plenty of sitting for everyone.  Great location, directly on the main road however the carpark in front of the hotel allows it to be set back from the main road enough to not worry about traffic noise. It was a peaceful sleep. Also, there is a Denny's restaurant less than 1 minute walk from the front door of the hotel and other eating options within a short walk. Easy and quick to check-in and out Price for all this was very reasonable and more than value for money given everything this hotel has to offer.

If I could be picky, I would enclose the room bar fridge in a cupboard to minimize the humming of the fridge, that said, it wasn't loud I am just a light sleeper and I still got a good night's rest.

This hotel was a welcomed find. Not only was it more reasonable than others near Yosemite National Park, but it was quite comfortable, and it included a free breakfast. There was an unpleasant odor emanating from the bathroom, so we kept that door closed during our stay, and they got on it the next morning. Our 2nd floor room had a roll-in shower with a shower chair, and had a lot of room to maneuver my electric wheelchair. It was clean and came with most of the normal amenities, including shampoo, lotion, a refrigerator with freezer, and coffee maker. The staff was friendly and helpful. The included breakfast, from 6am to 10am, included sausage and eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, and several fruit juices. Not bad for crowd-size food. Overall, we will stay here again!

We were unhappy with the bathroom odor, which my husband thought was a drain problem. I would think they would hold off renting that room until that problem was fixed, but it might have been the only one with a roll-in shower, which I requested.

The room was superb with great facilities and very comfortable beds. It was very cool when we arrived, ideal as it was very hot outside. We would have preferred some better instructions about how to use the air conditioning unit however. We could not master it. The only disappointing aspect from our perspective was breakfast, which was frankly average at best. This said, with its ample parking and proximity to a good range of restaurants, and a very comfortable room, we enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast, as per above. Coffee was sub par, as were some of the muffins, which were very sweet and roasted artificial in some instances. Choice was limited in our view, compared with other similar quality hotels offering an inclusive breakfast. On the plus side, the breakfast bar was regularly restocked.

Clean and easy to find. The understaff were kind and not judgemental like the lady manager. We loved the breakfast overflow room. It was available after breakfast for us to gather as a group, too.

Breakfast was the same daily. Never any bacon. Would have liked to have waffles or pancakes. It was very crowded, luckily there was an overflow room that was quiet. The Lady Manager was rude and judgy. The staff under her were very nice.

Loved the saunas (wet and dry) and the jacuzzi. The pool was closed for winter but the other options are a nice replacement. The staff was really nice. The breakfast was simple but plenty of options. You can walk to restaurants from the hotel. Lastly, it was so quiet. This is the most important thing to us, really. Not hearing other guests when in our hotel room. You couldn’t even hear a door open or close. It was superb.

I mean, it’s quite a distance to get to Yosemite Valley where most of the good stuff is in YNP. But you just have to plan on it. It’s over an hour and a half to get to where you want to be in the park.

Fantastic hotel and location, room was enormous, very modern incl. the ensuite with brilliant facilities! Added bonus of SPA facilities included which after a full day at Yosemite Park makes it all the better to rest and relax. Plenty of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, petrol stations and local stores nearby.

Overall fantastic stay and nothing to flag, would highly recommend. Breakfast is basic and the only area which could be improved - to make it better a breakfast/restaurant service would be ideal!
