Everything from service to food was wonderful . The distance from the hotel to the hospital was great and easily accessible. The staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. We far a small issue when we checked in( someone was already in the room we were given) but it was handled quickly, professionally,and efficiently.

The only thing we had issues with…. The beds were full size( queen was not available) and my mother in law traveled with us . She is mostly wc bound and a handicapped accessible room was not available so it made it difficult to maneuver her around the room esp the bathroom which was exceptionally small even if she wasn’t in a wc.

Excellent breakfast

The bathroom - the suite was set up to accomdate a disable person. Thank you that the space and shower bench was sufficient. BUT, the shower head faces the shower curtain. Therefore, when the shower is turned on, the water automatically goes onto the bathroom FLOOR. The bathroom floor is now covered in water and the water goes underneath the door. Creating a dangerous problem for a possible slip & fall. Now ALL towels are used to get up the water. The shower is wheelchair accessible. But, having to deal with the wet floor issue, made the stay not the best for me and my disable family member. BUT I was able to spend time laughing and relaxing with my family, which was great.

The two room suite we had met our needs, unfortunately their air-conditioning unit was loud and had a consistent running noise. Because the noise was coming from the bathroom, we thought it was the bathroom fan . But once we turned off all the lights in the bathroom and the noise was still there, . We then hit the AC unit and it shut the noise down . There was no way we were gonna stay in a room with no AC so we just endured the loud noise by shutting the bathroom door . It helped a little to muffle the noise during our entire stay.

Bartender Julie, the best ever, excellent service and drink recommendations and sincere. Anna the head cook is amazing and cooks up a storm…fresh French fries 10/10. About the free happy hour-not cool-only allow 2 drinks for free with your stay-can’t get to happy about that so I will not be staying at this property ever unless they change their happy Hour reception to unlimited drinks like Embassy Suites in Grapevine, TX currently offers all customers because I have stayed their multiple times. Tell management to change to unlimited and I will stay there in the future. I had to stay at this location to be close to an 8am appointment the next day. I recommend the Grapevine, TX location for all your DFW visits, our favorite!

Only two drink limit for evening happy hour, not cool. Will not stay here again, Grapevine,TX location offers unlimited drinks.

Evening snack and breakfast was delicious and lots variety. Kids really enjoyed the pool and rooms were clean and comfortable

The front desk staff, most were very friendly, however we went down to request sheets for the sofa cause our room had none and the lady was so rude, then she over heard me talking to my kids and stepped in to tell me she thought I was inappropriate and no parents should joke around with there kids like I was! I laughed and said if she doesn’t give us sheets y’all gonna have sleep on the floor! How it was inappropriate I’m not sure and it was totally none of her business. She also stepped in and told me it was fine for my kids to eat apples cause they were healthy when I had told them they couldn’t have one. Later my husband went to ask for an extra trash bag cause we had a kid wake up sick and she was totally hateful to him also.

There was a young, black female who was there on Friday night of my stay her name my not be spelled correctly but I think it was Mirah. She was my angel and for her I am grateful. I made a mistake and did not book my room for an extra day and it was my Dad's 80th birthday surprise and me and my family stay in Willis TX. That is 3 hours away and if it was not for her helping us out; we would have to relocate to another hotel.

The price was higher when I did not book online thru booking.com. For one night stay over I paid 164.00 and that to me was high.

We loved the rooms, breakfast, we would consider staying here again! The only thing that would stop us was the lack of a useable pool- way too cold even for the kids.

The main reasons we chose this hotel was the location, size of rooms and pool. The pool ended up to be unusable it was so cold kids and adults couldn't bare it for more then a few minutes. Traveling with kids we were counting on the pool too wear them out and even they didn't want to play for more then 20 minutes in the cold water.

The breakfast

I prepaid for a suite on Bookings.com for my family but when I arrived at the hotel, the suite that I reserved was not available. The receptionist canceled my reservation and rebooked me and included a complimentary room for my daughter. Well, I received my credit card statement recently to find out that I was charged for the additional room that I didn’t book but was told it was a complementary room. I would like to see those charges reversed.

Clean, great location, the amenities great!

Upon arrival management couldn't find my modified booking and he gave us a hard time and said sorry he didn't have a room for us and would not let us explain that I modified my reservation. I called booking and spoke to LJ May and she was so helpful and determined to get our room. Embassy supervisor was rude to her as well but she got it done and stayed on the phone until our final check in. Thank you LJ May !!! That was our 1st bad experience other then that we always use booking for reservations.

The staff was incredibly helpful at breakfast the team was Richard team they did a WONDERFUL JOB!!! This the reason I’ll come back serious!

I had gotten a 2 two bedroom suite paid $562 for the room for one night in no one didn’t take they time to come fix the toilet we first used it in it didn’t flush in we did call in told them but no one fixed so we only had one bathroom we can used. But other than that I loved the room.
