1. An establishment like this does not have electric vehicle charging facilities. 2. Mould underneath of shower screen. 3. Rust underneath of toilet door. 4. No tissue paper was provided (the dispenser was empty). 5. Hand wash was empty. 6. I am guessing there were 4 lights behind the toilet mirror. Among them, only 2 were working. It was not checked prior to a guest check-in. 7. Limited trading time for swimming pool, which was not communicated to gueat during booking this accommodation. 8. I did not expect that the swimming pool is located in a separate building. 9. USB port was out of order.

I booked the room for my friends from overseas they stayed for 10 nights and they did enjoyed everything the room were clean, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good but most of all their great customer services! MEL the assistant manager was fantastic helping with everything we asked for! A huge thank you to you! Also a big thank you to the manager Andrew for helping us when we were trying to find our friend passport. Thank you to everyone and also to the house keeping for making our staying enjoyable! The location of Novotel Sydney West HQ is great to get to places on that side of Sydney. The size of my room was very comfortable as I had one of the larger size rooms, I love that bottled water was included on the minibar and the staff at reception was very friendly and welcoming.

Overall the hotel is really good, however it is a little rundown and you can see it on the facilities on the public areas. We had dinner at the restaurant and the service wasn't great and our meals were put incorrectly by the waiter and we ended up with a "cold" steak, but aside from that, I highly recommend the hotel, just not the F&B.

The entire experience was great, the staff were very helpful, check in was a breeze, the room was a great size and the bed was amazing. Right next to the club for convenience.

Not only did they get our breakfast order wrong by missing a meal completely after repeating it back to me the night before, the one meal that did arrive was cold and tasteless. The coffee was undrinkable, including that they added chocolate to a latte, so not a well trained barista which was very disappointing. I don't recommend the room service breakfast.

The room was spacious, and the bed was great. There was a great desk a shay lounge chair and plenty of room to do a bit of yoga. the gym was great, large had everything, steam rooms were amazing. If you like to swim they had an amazing Olympic size swimming pool.

My view was of the unfortunate street. There was no spa pool, and the actual pool was a public lap pool, not a lounge regular hotel pool. I didn't like that the gym was in a different building, the staff at the gym wasn't that welcoming

Hotel was good and staff very accomodating but the property is a bit of a distance away from things. West HQ club is next door but on a Tuesday night there was only one eating place open and a basic bar. We went back to hotel and had a nice meal and cocktail there. Room was large and very comfortable. Hotel is a good choice if you are in the area for a reason maybe sports or business

Everything, staff were great. Amenities excellent we were there for a football carnival so our son enjoyed using the pool.

It became incredibly crowded with the body building event and we decided to come home a day earlier, I know that we booked and paid for the night we came home but it would've been good if the venue did refund even half of the money for the night we didn't stay. This will always remain in my mind and steer me away from staying next time we come to Sydney.

Staff at the main desk were very polite and extremely helpful. Plenty of free parking outside. The room itself was very clean and a very good size. Showers were lovely and hot, the bathroom was well set out. Beds were comfortable and a selection of comfy pillows. Air con worked well and tv had many channels to watch. We had dinner in the evening and my husband stated it was the best steak he’d ever had , and believe me, hubby is hard to please. Breakfast in the morning was good. A nice selection, even for a fussy 6 yr old. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again .

I liked the new & updated design. I liked the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the property.

Our only negative but there was an Alarm clock that was set to go off at 4am ( we clearly didn’t know or set this ) & it woke us all up including my daughter who needed a good nights sleep for her gymnastics comp & my 12 month old ( sleeps all night) who struggled to go back to sleep. So we didn’t get the nice long comfortable sleep in we had planned.

Great staff, always friendly & welcoming. This is our 2nd stay here. A few days ago, we were in the room directly opposite the one we stayed in. This room looked almost identical. There were plenty of power outlets for devices. It's a decent sized room. I just wish there were at least two chairs at the writing table. There is a laundry facility which is handy. We used the iron this time round- typical iron and board. TV was a decent size with plenty of options. It's also casting capable. The beds are cosy and spacious. There is a phone in there where you can dial out to reception, etc. There were complimentary bottles of water and sodas in the mini fridge. It was very pleasant. There's also a hot drink station where you can make coffee & have a choice of teas. There's also an in-room safe if you need it. Carpark is not far from the door - this is great!

The bathroom in this room wasn't as nice as the bathroom in the opposite room. This bathroom had a broken/weak fan, so when you had a shower, the steam would linger. I had to open the door to get some air circulating. The ceiling also has paint peeling, which was disappointing to see. One of the usb outlets was also broken, but the front desk were ready to supply an adapter if needed.
