The staff at the front desk was very helpful and courteous. This is not the first time staying at a Bonvoy and each time has been a very pleasant experience. Lisa at the front desk was awesome. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and the staff kept everything cleaned up and were courteous. Thank you.

There was a large group of teenagers who were very loud and rude. Also there were several people staying in the hotel, who were from a country that has different values than Americans and I found they males were also rude and disrespectful of the women in the hotel.

breakfast had adequate choices of a quality expected for free breakfast at hotel of this type --- good but not excellent; DR and lobby spotless; all staff super helpful and firendly -- I even tipped the kitchen staff; rooms comfortble and clean; hotel easy to find

I was satifified, as was my sisiter who was with me. However room temp was difficult to adjust to not be so warm and there was some inrestate traffic noise heard from the room we had -- but not enough to prevent sleep

This property is well maintained and does exceptional work to keep it up to date. The rooms are clean and the beds are fresh. The breakfast was exceptional. I loved the croissant with egg and sausage, hot oats with a variety of fresh condiments, tea, coffee neatly arranged and always stocked. The attendants are always cleaning, refilling and taking care of the food. During check-in I was asked how many times I wanted room service to clean my room. Located in Lombard, it is very cost effective considering the prices in downtown Chicago. There are so many restaurants nearby. Thank you for a wonderful stay. My 16 month baby girl loved it.

The traffic in downtown Chicago was horrible. The highways (Eisenhower) and others was not at all a highway I was driving at 10 miles due to the traffic. It is a 25 min commute to downtown but well worth the price.

The breakfast was good, the facility was definitely clean and the room was organized and clean. Plus it was very convenient of the location where the hotel was at and it was close to the gas stations and different restaurants. And also the spa area (pool and hot tub) is very convenient to use 7 days a week and both are really good to use

Good healthy breakfast. Both natural youghurt with no added sugar and oatmeal. Comfy bed and pillow. Great room

Little worn. Only one washer and dryer which was occupied the whole evening by someone who washed everything they owned…. Blankets, pillows, sheets etc. that can’t be normal travel stuff… I had no opportunity to wash my clothes

Food was good. Nice variety. Loved the eggs in package Staff especially housekeeping friendliest and most helpful!! Clean clean clean!!

the sheer curtains needed badly to be replaced, but this did not detract from my excellent stay! . Eating area could be expanded to accommodate all the guests. Everything else great!!

Gabriela went the distance when my booking was not complete on the end of booking.com ends. After 1 hour and half of waiting and late to a wedding, she fixed everything. She went above and beyond for her guess.

Booking.com didn't send confirmation to the hotel, which hindered the stay. We received confirmation number and pin, the hotel did not

It was very clean smell, good staff was nice.. And my room was good too close to restaurants and shopping.

That they only clean the rooms one time. But it was fine because it wasn't dirty.

Lisa and the young girl who checked us in was so hospitable and always smiling. I must say everyone was friendly and helpful during our stay.. Fairfield has been our favorite place since our first stay on a business trip 8 years ago. The best surprise is NO surprise. Clean and comfortable and always a delight.

Stayed there for a festival for 3 days. Place was clean Value was good. Close proximity to the venue Check in was fast

Housekeeping never came around once in the 3 day span. It didn't kill the experience, though.
