location is great! just a few minutes walking from the station of Mestre, which is only 10 minutes away from Venice. Also buses pass every 10 min just across the street to Venice

the room is just OK, nothing special, looks better from the outside. From the inside decoration is dated (there's a difference between dated and historical)

The staff was incredibly friendly and readily available whenever we needed them. They provided us with all the information we required, making us feel right at home. The hospitality was exceptional. A map of Venice was available, which was very helpful. The room was spacious, well-decorated. The breakfast was not in the traditional Italian style, but rather a generous and well-assorted continental breakfast. It provided everything we needed to start our day. The location, just behind Mestre Central Station, is comfortable This place is highly recommended, and we hope to visit again in the near future.

Brilliant location! It took 5 minutes to walk to the train station taking us into the centre of Venice in less than 10 minutes. Price was a fraction of what we would have paid in the centre. Decent value restaurants and takeaways nearby. Room was very spacious with high ceilings and a balcony just outside of the huge bathroom. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was nice enough with plenty of choices.

This is NOTHING against the place, but all down to OUR silliness- we left the window open overnight and my husband got absolutely savaged by mosquitoes. I'm just putting it here so that hopefully no-one else does the same.

Good location for visiting Venice. Villa is 3 minutes from the train station and it takes ~10 min to get to the Venice. There are some tasty restaurants nearby Room was spacious, way bigger than I expected Breakfasts are typical - bread, cheese, ham, boiled eggs, cucumber and tomatoes. Also some fruits are available

I'll recommend to bring your own shampoo, because the one that is provided is not really good (but I didn't expect it to be good considering price for the night). Hair dryer is also old and it'll take ages to dry long hair

For the price point, you really can’t go wrong! The hotel is clean and comfortable, and location is perfect. A bus stop is literally opposite that gets you across to Venice within 15 mins. There are a flurry of tabachi shops to get a bus pass in the immediate surrounding. The gentleman host that looked after us was extremely helpful providing a map of Venice, top spots to see, how the transport system works and decent food in the area. There is a private yard for parking all inclusive. I was worried because I had a BMW and well like any popular tourist destination, thieves, but everything was fine!

This isn’t a problem of the hotel per se, but the area is a little dodgy. Not wildly bad by any means, but definitely a little sketch. It’s fine during the day

It likes a small hotel with 24hrs reception. It is not a new one but renovated and colourfully decorated. Comfortable beds and very good aircondition system, you can control the t of your room. Rooms and bathrooms are specious, there is a large parking of the property. It is 5mins walking distance from the villa to Mestre train station and 15 mins to Venice by train. The breakfast was rich. We found a nice local pizzaria Al Calesse, at a walking distance, which we warmly recommend -perfect pizzas and pasta and cheap prices. Very polite staff of the villa! Valenina gave us a map of Venice and recomended us a quick walking tour in Venice. I recommend this property!

The garden outside could be better maintained

Close to the train station to enable us to get into the main city within 20minutes. Station was walkable. Breakfast was a continental style breakfast and self service Rooms were traditional but air-conditioned, small fridge, Hosts live on site and even though we had an early morning check out someone made sure we were sorted and said goodbye

1 pillow per person not enough. The shower was a little disappointing in one room and perhaps needs some attention but was adequate. Nothing a little TLC wouldn't solve

The exterior doesn't look promising, but the difference with the interior is enormous. :) Our room was of a good size, the bathroom too. Heating worked seamlessly. The value for the money is great: fairly cheap, but still lots of amenities. The room was equipped with a mini bar fridge and a water boiler, coffee, and tea bags. Breakfast was decent enough, not just an Italian breakfast, even with gluten-free options.

The parking gets closed during the night, but the receptionist kindly opened it for us, and we arranged it alright in the end. 👍 There is a bit of traffic noise, but it's not too disturbing - during the night, it's fairly quiet. Inside, you can hear the hall a bit, but again, with only six rooms, there's probably not a lot of traffic usually.

The villa is located close to the train station in Venezia Mestre (7 mins walk). Staff was kind and communication was great. They helped with my requests and answered my questions. Room was clean and had all the facilities, eg soaps, hairdryer, kettle, mini fridge etc. Breakfast was typical italian but they also had gluten free options and I found it thoughtful.

Passing under the railway to get there at night was scary, could not tell for sure if it was safe.

This guest hotel is perfect, the staff is hospitable and they do the best you fill like you are at home. The room was clean, there were refrigerator, kettle, tea, coffee. Only one tiny thing which make our stay better is duvet INSIDE duvet cover (for a winter period), as now there is a duvet cover and warm blanket on the top, so during the night warm blanket slips down, but it is not critical. The breakfast is tasty, the atmosphere is cozy. The bus station is near the hotel (2-3 minutes), so it is really convenient.
