The buffet spread is simple but sufficient. They have noodles and cooking eggs stations. They do not have restaurants in the hotel that serves lunch/dinner/room service. Do a grab food if necessary.

I have requested for early check-in and approved. However, the room is not ready when I check-in. And the room layout was not able to fit the number of people staying. But they are kind enough to help me to switch to another room that was able to fit in nice.

The breakfast was very good with a variety of choices including fresh cooked omelets . it is a very good bargain and the staff were very friendly .

It is what I normally expect from a hotel for breakfast, and I Was not disappointed . All of the food items were fresh and well prepared. It is a good bargain for travelers .

Loved how central this hotel is to many places in Da Nang, including the beach. I love how spacious and clean the room was. The staff at reception were always so friendly and nice. I also loved the rooftop pool. The view from the rooftop was amazing.

Very close to the main road and got a bit noisy due to honking of cars/trucks.

Choose this hotel as it is a stone's throw away from Helio night market. Its also near to a pick up point for Klook, BaNa Hills tour. Price is very reasonable and value for money.

Chosen because of Helio night market But the night market was disappointing. I was there for 10mins and left for son tra night market which is 10mins drive away instead. So next time, I'll definitely stay nearer to the dragon bridge and night market.

I have absolutely no complaints about this hotel. Every member of staff went out of their way to help. Out of 10, i would give it 11+ exectipnal. My pnly complaint, pur stay wasnt long enough. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

There was no proper staff to entertain us. They were very rude and disrespectful. They didn't even have arrangements for water filter and pushed us to purchase bottled water which was considerably expensive. The staff was disrespectful and not at all concerned about customer requirements. We called room service asking for cutlery and they asked us to go to the eatery and get it. Also, if you're a vegetarian, there's no food available for you.

Beautiful location, friendly staff and nice facilities, excellent adjoining rooms, daily buffet breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food.

There were some dirty marks on the walls that should be cleaned better and the gym equipment is a little dated, otherwise I couldn’t find any fault with the accommodation it was comfortable, affordable and an excellent place to stay while relaxing on holidays.

Hotel is well located for cheap local restaurants and is well served by public transport. The staff are very helpful and most speak passable English . Rooms are both, clean, and quiet. Be aware that tour groups use the hotel, which means the breakfast area is very busy.

The small gym has worn out equipment, which is not worth using. Swimming pool needs refurbishment. The in - room entertainment system is overly complicated and I gave up trying to use it.
