It was one of the best hotels I stayed at during my 12-day trip in Vietnam. It was a modern hotel with high-quality rooms compared to others I stayed in, and the price was very reasonable. While it was a good hotel with a reasonable price, it wasn't as luxurious as the advertised images of 5-star hotels.

Contrary to the images shared on booking.com, the hotel lacked a restaurant and bar. Although it offered a good view of the city and river nearby, it wasn't located in the CBD, so you needed to take a taxi to go to a restaurant or elsewhere.

The pool is great! Great air conditioning and good to have a fridge in the room. Nice bathroom. Comfortable beds. FYI the restaurant is no longer open so breakfast is not available.

Weirdly the room we booked for our family was not available - they said they had “just” seen our booking, despite booking 2 weeks earlier. They were able to find us rooms across the hallway.

Quiet and chill place, clean and big room. Good view from the balcony in any time.

Only one problem, eery morning around 9am the stuff knocked to your door and asked need to clean the room, even if you want to sleep you have to answer them. They need any other systems for that. And one day was too much noise because the neighbors decide to make the party at 2am, after call to the reception this question was closed.

Fantastic hotel! Fantastic service! Everything is in The top! (No restaurant though! But everything else super, The room/suite, The view and The pool! And you can very easy get a grab in 2 minutes around from there! We can really recommend This hotel! And The Price! Like wow!👍🏼💚🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The property was good. Comfortable and clean

The attitude of the receptionist when we first entered was bad. Without any proper welcome, she asked for one of our passport and said that she would return it back only at the day of checkout after all bills cleared. This took us by surprise. Either she was being rude or she was new to hospitality. However , we didn’t argue much as we were there for a family holiday. We paid for the entire three day stay and checked in.

Rooms were nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. Big windows and balcony overlooking the river was really nice, especially at night with everything lit up. Bathroom was fancy with gold fittings and nice toiletries. Breakfast was good, rooftop infinity pool was lovely and serene. Staff were friendly and helpful, organised tours for me and a taxi to my next hotel which was so great, and always there with a smile

Bit far away from the main attractions, beach and restaurants but you could get a Grab taxi easily enough. No furniture on the balcony was a shame as you couldn’t sit and enjoy the view.

I enjoyed my stay, the place has a lot of plusses like large rooms with balconies, a very good breakfast, rooftop pool and view deck with excellent city views. It's a bit out of the way but I could and did walk to the Dragon Bridge in 30-35 minutes and to beach in about 25. Winmart+ was about same, there's better restaurants over there. Notable that it's right next door to a great temple with a 70 foot Lady Buddha -- nice gardens, temple hall. You can look down on it from rooftop. Room had a very good bed, mine also had a kitchen. Good bathroom. Value here is good, staff is nice.

Well... There's a construction project across narrow front street so my balcony view was less than stellar. It's a big hole in the ground... Some noise starting at 8ish but I was up by then. The other side of the building would have city views I assume. And no project.

The fluffy feel of the mattress and the bed positioned to give you a view of the lake through the large glass window. The adjacent location to most of the areas of interest like the beach and shops makes it even the more homely. On a hot day the rainy shower gives you that cool treat. You end the evening laid back to a large flat screen internet enabled and sipping on the coffee compliments left for your welcome. Now you can dream soundly.

After 2pm the restaurant is closed

At first, I was worried about all the 10-star reviews, thinking they might be bots. However, after spending a week at this hotel, I believe the reviews are genuine. I would rate it 8-9. Everything is fine, but it's a bit old and not a brand new luxury 4-star hotel. Overall, with that price, it deserves a 9/10.
