We loved the location and incredible views, and the restaurant was amazing. You feel relaxed from the moment you arrive.
We were really disappointed that the room we booked on booking.com was not the room we we were allocated. This felt like false advertising and made us feel like we had over payed, since we had booked one of the larger, expensive rooms with a balcony and were given in a smaller room without a balcony. When we raised this with the reception team it felt like it wasn’t taken seriously, which was not a great way to start our stay.

Beautiful location
Better signage for the villas. A resort pool and activity/leisure facilities. Cleaning services are not very good - the windows were very dirty. The temperature of the hot water from the gas geysers were very low - this was adjusted when it was brought to attention however the temperature of the hot water dropped shortly thereafter again. The smell of the linen and towels was odd and the linen and towels were stained/dirty - a better detergent could be used

The location was fantastic, spa very accommodating. A great spot to visit.
The pool would benefit from a glass balustrade to help block out the wind whilst swimming. Guests (especially foreign) should be advised to NOT drink the tap water (or brush teeth with it) as we were all rather unwell.

Above the usual breakfast - catering for all food tastes. Eggs to order - try the omelet! Excellent location during the wildflower season. Two minutes from Langebaan WCNP gate. Staff offer true South African hospitality. The gardens - WOW! wow!!
Garbage collection on Wednesday's, so on Tuesday after the wild animals - mongoose, seagulls, ibis and more, have had their hunt for titbits - area can be a little messy. Understand the difficulty to control this (bonus seeing the animals :) )

The Hotel is situated in a beautiful location with stunning views of the lagoon. The room was clean and I liked that it had a balcony. We booked the family room; it has a double bed and a couch. Not a sleeper couch, just a normal couch. The staff were very friendly and helpful; they even helped us with our bags up and down the stairs. The breakfast that was included in the price was delicious and filling. We enjoyed the beautiful pool as well.
We had cold showers our first day there and wish that reception staff had told us when checking in, that we had to run the water for quite a long time, before it would warm up. Even doing so felt like such a waste of water. It would be good if the hotel management could find an alternative method for the showers to have heated water.

The Villa inside comfortable, cosy, and the fire place,I loved it,would be nice if it was more centered in the lounge..They still building Villas,so this is just an idea.Love the fact that the rooms had their own bathroom.. Awesome..The complimentary tea and coffee, and the towels.I was impressed see that it was self catering. The reception staff very helpful and friendly..The lounge and eating areas cosy and warm..Love the pool and Spa area..
The braai area wasn't very supportive for rainy days,it was very unpleasant when it started to rain..Leakage through the carport, on the table and braai area..we had to stop and braai our meat in oven..not cool..The Villas front doors to close to each others, and the numbers of each Villa should be outside more visible..One more thing, the domestic/cleaning ladies should be careful when handing out clean towels since I got dirty towels...not cool.. Remember always take criticism positively since it's a way to improve..Thanks

The accommodation space was perfect for us. The view from our deck was spectacular. The proximity to the beach was exceptional.
The breakfast at the hotel could be improved. There were also dead flies on the floor at dinner on the one evening. When we inquired about it, the waitress told us that they had fumigated earlier in the day. Evidently no one bothered to clean it up thereafter. There was no service in our villa on the 1st. This is understandable. What wasn’t understandable was that no allowance was made for the day in terms of additional toilet paper and clean towels etc.

Amazing location and views. Staff is very cooperative and friendly. The spa treatments are great.
When we arrived we first got a room at the back side of the property, which was warm, didn’t have a good view on shark bay (where we amongst others came for), which was located just above the generator and staff chill area which provided some noise. Luckily we could move to a different room to the front side, which was just perfect and much better than the other room. The breakfast was OK but could be better.

Staying at this boutique hotel was a delightful experience from start to finish. The charming decor and intimate atmosphere created a cozy retreat. The room was elegantly furnished with all modern amenities, ensuring comfort and convenience. The staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The highlight was undoubtedly the gourmet breakfast served in a quaint dining area, offering a delicious start to the day. Overall, it was a perfect blend of luxury and personalized service, making it a memorable one-night getaway.
Loved everything about our stay.

Absolutely gorgeous place. It is part of a large house which forms part of the Shark Bay Hotel estate, so you are not at the hotel but in a separate house, which may/may not work for you. We loved as it gave us private space, but if you are looking to enjoy the pool and facilities of the hotel you would either need to walk or drive to the hotel. There is loads and loads of space. The place looks to only recently have been built as it is very sleek and beautifully designed. Two bedrooms - each with ensuite. The kitchen is beautifully set up and the huge dining table and leather lounge suite are covetable. There is a big outside area, with table/chairs and braai area where you will get your views of Shark Bay and can assess if the wind is perfect for kite surfing.
