We just fell in love with the venue. Warm welcome and the exstra care of the lady called ,LOLLA. The privacy of our room no.11.Although is part of the Golden Key quest house,but to use we felt it's just our place alone. Everything were in working and good condition Excellent service.

We book for self catering. There were just 3 of everything like plate,side plates,cups and porridge bowls.Aswell as knives,forks ,t.spoons and dessert spoons .A knife to cut things.The question we raise if we want to prepare a meal,we need to ask LOLLA for maybe a pot a big bowl ... Although it was available, from the " outside There were a working microwave, with a lid to cover the food when you warm it.Nothing when you want to cook something. This wasn't a big problem due to the fact that we were assist by that lady,that is working there. It keep us talking,because we thought may be we read the advertisement wrong.Thinking before we spoke to LOLLA,that it was a bed and breakfast.

We were in room 11, very nice and quiet that we loved. 🥰The breakfast was very good and Lolla the best, very friendly and helpful. I asked her regarding pet friendly accommodation🐾, she said we can always discuss it and make a plan, especially where we were staying in room 11 with its own quart yard. 😊 We will definitely book by them again when we need accommodation in that area. Everything was perfect for us.

The room exceeded expectations, especially compared to cost. It is exceptionally well priced for what you receive (king size bed and full bathroom (bath & shower)). It is conveniently located close to Vredenburg main road, as well as the West Coast Mall. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Would have preferred air conditioner in room rather than fan given how hot it was in Vredenburg, but fan helped cool down the room.

Lola was very helpful and friendly. The room was good a little dusty but good. The pool was clean and blue. Most of all breakfast was yummy and we received an excellent guest service.

Just that the location was a bit of a destination from vacation destinations, like the beach etc. Also the room was not 100% clean (airing out).

the 1st morning we went for breakfast and was told our booking was room only I went back to booking confirmation but nowhere it said room only That being said the lady was very discreet and served us breakfast, to not embarrass us thank you for that I highly appreciated this.

Almost everything...however...an Aircon would have been a bonus...and the room we had...no6 is a bit small but still comfortable... beautiful big bathroom tho.

The fact that their was no Aircon....and a little more space in the bedroom with a chair to relax in while having an early cup of coffee...but it's not a big deal.

Everything was just perfect. The staff, Lolla, thank you for everything, you let us feel like special.

There was non that we didn't like... The room, living area and even the guests enjoy them self. My wife make new friends 🤗 All of Lollla's good and friendly guest communication skill's

We had an incredible experience at this establishment. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Without a doubt, they deserve a perfect rating of 10 stars. The rooms were not only beautifully decorated but also meticulously maintained. safe place and very clean. The housekeeping lady was excellent, and her warm smile made us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay from the day we checked in until our departure. There a small swimming pool, and braai facilities, just bring your firewood or charcoal, and you will have your meat
