Pretty decent breakfast, a quick walk to the MRT station, and a surprisingly big room. The bathroom was clean and rather large, as was the room, which were both a surprise to us. No smells of cigarette smoke or dampness, which is great.

Not much to complain about with this hotel, but the MRT line that the hotel is on is the green line, which is convenient if you're staying on the northern half of Taipei, but it's a bit of a hassle to get down south because the brown and yellow lines take some time to connect to. The other thing is that the cleaning staff was a bit pushy and wouldn't come back later for a later cleaning, so our late mornings felt rushed. One cleaning staff member just told me that they'll give me new towels and shoved a pile into my hands and left.

The room was a fantastic size. The bed was huge and the pillows were absolutely amazing - we both commented they were the best we’d ever slept on! Walking distance to metro station, despite being on a busy road was very quiet in the rooms, we weren’t disturbed by the noise at all. Breakfast had great Asian selection which was perfect for us. Great to have a DIY laundry facility with free coffee and snacks in the lounge at any time Friendly staff. Luggage storage

The coffee at breakfast was very weak (much better in the room with the nespresso machine!) Could have been made even better with a small fitness centre! (However obviously booked the hotel knowing it didn’t have one!)

The staff in the reception was so helpful, once we wanted to change the room due to a bed problem they did immediately, and they always meet us with a smile the reception is great, but all rooms are old furniture

the (double bed) or (king size) bed are actually 2 single beds with 2 mattresses, and they cover the separation between the beds with extra accessory, But that accessory does not hide the sharp edges of each matters, so if a couple staying on one bed it will never be comfortable for any of them sleeping on the center part of the bed and surprisingly when we ask the reception they said that most of the rooms has that kind of bed except little, And we were just lucky that they had one room vacant with one mattress bed Another very important issue that separation between the rooms is not good we can easily hear the vibration of the mobile of the person staying in the room backside of our bed once we turn off the tv!! And you hear this vibration loud as if it is in your room!!

Well located, easy 3 minute walk to the green line MRT station. Comfortable air conditioned room, comfy beds and pillows. Clean bathroom with shower and separate bath, bidet toilet and fluffy towels. Tea and coffee making facilities and water bottles provided. The typically local breakfast was interesting, a little different every day. Very good to have access to washing machine and dryer. The staff were exceptionally nice, as we’ve found throughout Taiwan.

Personal view but the doona was too warm for me and there wasn’t an alternative at the time.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and organised a day trip for me and taxis.The room was very well furnished with a very comfortable bed with the best duvet ever.Lots of toiletries and 2 bottles of water every day.There were free snacks and hot drinks all day plus 2 washing machines and 2 dryers plus soap for guests to use free of charge.

The location wasn't so central..I didn't find much of interest in thearea although there was a 7/11...2 actually right next door.There was a MRT station nearby but it involved changing stations.However that was a minor point.

Good Location, spacious room and well maintained, front desk stuff was very good attendance and speaking fluent English. Breakfast menu was changed every morning and real good quality breakfast, love the coffee at the lunch room 24 hours … coffee and cookies ~~>that’s a real good treat for the guests.

Carpet in the hallways needs to be changed. Some spots that looks they trying to clean but is to deep damage. Needs to be changed. As I mention breakfast are good quality and they need to improve only to implement system to maintain the food that require right temperature.

Loved everything. Staff were lovely and very accommodating. Hotel was amazing and the breakfast every morning was delicious. Also 5mins from MRT which made travel much easier. Staff were very prompt with any requests. My friend injured herself and they were willing to help out and would attend the hotel quickly to provide First Aid kit every time. Free laundry services along with the hotel being very clean and nice. The beds and duvet were really comfy. The hotel is central and quite close to food places and supermarkets. Multiple 7 Eleven’s and Family Mart nearby. Highly recommend this hotel.

Comfortable bed and a nice room. Everything was clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked this place specifically for the self-serve laundry. They only have two pairs of washers and dryers, with one dryer out of service. Consider the size of the place, this an insufficient amount of equipment even if everything is working. Especially considering it takes 2 hours for the dryer to complete.

Location is convenient, easy to get taxi to stop in front. There r minimarts n a good bakery 犁记 just ard the corner. Although the hotel is at a major junction, our rooms were quiet and we didn't hear any traffic noise. Staff were helpful n courteous. Hotel allowed luggage storage after check-out, and even allowed us to wait at their restaurant with snacks n beverages provided, before we left for the airport. Breakfast was not extravagant but enough variety. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

We stayed at the beginning and at the end of our tour. The first part included breakfast and the room was bigger. The last part we didn't include breakfast, and the room was smaller. Not sure if there are different room sizes.
