Great location just nextoo the sea. Beautiful spacious green tropical garden with cute white houses. The nice apartments are fresh, comfortable and modern. Good safe calm vibes. Not far from the village by car. Very very kind and helpful crew. The garden has a port/gate directly to the boulevard at the sea. Its stunning. The rocks, the sea just at your doorstep. Raw but beautiful and pure surroundings. From the car-free boulevard you can have an amazing relaxing long walk to Denia’s marine harbor and more. In the meantime you pass nice Spanish cafes. We loved it here and can imagine during summer its even better.

The check in and checking out on a different location is to much a hassle. During winter time there is nobody to help at the apartments complex. The restaurant is closed, which seemed to be open and available in the pictures of the booking.com advertisement. When arriving or leaving there is nobody to help with the luggage and also not with transport from hotel to the apartments. I think when guests check in and check out there should be a crew member present on the spot with a little shuttle bus from the apartment to the other hotel. Finally in the end we got great help. But for the rest we had a fantastic stay and loved it very much. Thank you.

What a lovely place to stay. Loved the Spanish villa (now a small hotel, full of character and charm). The team are amazing and they do everything they can to make your stay memorable. The beach is 2 minutes from the hotel and we spent many a happy hour walking along. You can walk to Denia from there to. I am a Celiac and the staff made sure I was looked after very well, adhering to my needs very well.

I would have liked more choice of meals in the restaurant as the menu was limited.

Lovely hotel, quiet and very close to the sea. Delightful décor. Great walks by the seafront, and a few nice spots to dive and admire the local fish by the rocks. Indoor and outdoor tables for breakfast. Plenty of space to relax with a book and a drink. Very welcoming staff.

The continental breakfast was very nice (excellent croissants!) but not a huge variety. The only real downside was the poor internet connection. It made it difficult keeping in touch with work.

Beautiful location, lovely gardens. Fresh comfortable room with a large balcony. Close to the sea and an easy walk to Dénia town. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of free parking space. Lovely swimming pool with sun loungers around it.

The hotel location, the staff friendliness, everything was perfect a lovely swimming pool and seating area, the outdoor dining area in amongst the trees. The location to the sea and the wonderful snorkeling opportunity from the shore. No tacky tourism in the immediate vicinity but a half an hour's walk and you were in Denia which provided all the touristy stuff you could possibly want if you so desired.

I can't think of anything, except maybe a little more vegetarian choices on the dinner menu.

The place was easy to find, close to the beach and an easy walk to the marina and more shops. The staff were very friendly. The hotel was very interesting... loads of pictures, paintings and memorabilia. Plenty of space for parking.

The location was good but there was a lot of noise from building works very nearby.

We were offered a change of hotel to MR les Rotes as the Racona hotel was closed because it was early in the season. It had a great pool perfect for lane swimming. Friendly helpful staff, beautiful gardens and places to relax. Our scoring and comments are based on the Les Rotes.

No tea making facilities in your room which meant no tea in bed reading a book!

Absolutely everything! We got an upgrade and stayed in a room with a terrace where we spent our afternoons with a beautiful view of the garden. The breakfast was outstanding. We had a freshly toasted baguette with local ham, some fruits, fresh orange juice and a coffee. The service was very welcoming, helpful and always with a smile. The room was clean and bright.
