The breakfast was excellent location was a bit out of the way to get into Denia had to use a lot of taxis as too far to walk wasn’t worth renting a car.

Air conditioning was poor had to complain a number of times as the room was roasting I heard other guests had complained engineer apparently brought in to fix bug made no difference at all. Also felt a bit of an alien with the Spanish staff

The charming old style hotel is filled with interesting decor. Very clean and updated bedrooms although matress could be improved upon.We chose a sea facing room and glad we did as the back rooms would be noisy as on the road. The pool is enormous and the property has good parking and well located. The food at the restaurant was excellent and Alex was not only the perfect maitre d'hotel but knowledgeable and about all the good wines. Highly recommended andwill be back

The look of the hotel was excellent, and the external decor was very fresh. Parking facilities were good, and the room itself was faultless. The pool was perfect, a decent length with marked lanes, so I was able to have a proper swim workout, which is one of the reasons I chose the hotel. Food was varied and excellent. It was a very quiet weekend so there weren’t too many other guests, but that suited me as it was a last minute getaway to allow me to switch off for a few days and just relax. It was only a very short walk to the sea too, and from there, a long, but very flat walk into Denia.

Maybe the soundproofing between rooms could be improved.

Good room, very clean. Beds comfortable. Very helpful service. Slippers provided necessary due to slippy floors. Buffet Breakfast was very fresh and nicely presented, freshly squeezed OJ and lots of fruit have seen wider selection but given it was a quieter time of year and number of guests was low this is to be expected. Plenty to eat and sufficent choice for most people.

Nothing bad but in the spirit of offering suggestions perhaps at breakfast a better selection of cereals perhaps (more low sugar high fibre options) and when low turnover scrambled eggs became a little old. Food in main restaurant was good but too rich. Restaurant was too late opening for us No tea and coffee but provided kettle when asked Tv old and service limited but didnt use. A hdmi or google chrome would ease this without having to replace tv

A continental style Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice on a pleasant terrace. The hotel is a great place for rest & relaxation with a very nice pool. The hotel even has a bicycle garage which is ideal for cyclists looking to explore.

Nothing to not like.

This small hotel (33 rooms) is beautifully presented and well cared for with lots of unusual art. The gardens are beautiful and you could be in the Caribbean! The staff are helpful and everywhere is very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Lots of sun beds around the pool. We had room 108 overlooking the pool with a huge terrace. Perfect for a short getaway.

The car park Is very small. The hotel was not full whilst we were there and I can imagine it could be difficult to park when it is.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast and yummy lunch service, comfortable room, beautiful pool area. All the people who work there are really nice and helpful. The staff remembered that we had our wedding there and allowed us our complementary anniversary dinner, even though it had been two and not one year, we didn't even have to ask for it.

Everything was great, only thing is that it's a little far away from town, but they had a good taxi service.

Fabulous quiet location. Very authentic and non-commercial. Stunning hotel. Room was beautiful. Food and wine exquisite. Plenty of choice. Large portion sizes. Pool area - fabulous size. Only a 2 minute walk from the beach/bay. You can get a bus outside the hotel into Denia and the Mariner. ALL staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. You were all very much appreciated. Hopefully our donated token gesture, reflected that. We would definitely return in the future. Thank you!

A non-slip bath mat would have been appreciated for us older people. A mirrored space in the bedroom area to do makeup would have helped - (blind as a bat without my glasses). Smoking area to close to guests eating outside, in the restaurant area - (nearer the pool end).

A beautiful hotel and gardens with a family run feel to it. The staff were very attentive and the service was efficient and prompt, with a smile ! It was our first time at this hotel and we hope to return.

Location was 1.6km from the centre of Denia. Wasn't a problem for us because we had a car.

A simply stunning hotel. Beautiful and tranquil setting. Comfortable rooms with all your needs catered for. Extremely helpful staff, special thanks to Patricia and Alex for making our holiday extra special. The restaurant serves delicious food. So much so, we ate there every night! The breakfast is like a banquet with a great selection to choose from. I had a Thai massage which was divine and I would highly recommend. We will definitely be returning!!

The only minor area of improvement would be to have a bar person, as we sometimes felt a nuisance asking the receptionist for drinks.
