Great hotel with secure room for bikes. Really nice room and decor. Great cooked breakfast and proper tea bags (Yorkshire Tea) to make a great cup of tea.

Had to cut my stay short by one night but unable to obtain a refund. Understandable, as hotel not able to re-rent the room and my problem, but it would have been nice to get a discount.

Great hotel, we had such a great holiday! Perfect location just in the town of Les Gets next to some great restaurants and bars. The hotel has great decor and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, in particular Pete and Valeriia. Very comfortable, clean and stylish rooms. Can also definitely recommend the full breakfast in the mornings!

I thought the location of the hotel was great as it was slightly to the end of the high street and therefore quieter. The bar was cosy and the barman was friendly. The breakfast was good and there was a good selection of food on offer. The spa area was also lovely and we used it 3 times.

The spa area wasn't staffed properly. You have to book a session so they know you are coming and will be using it. On our first visit there was no one there and no towels for us. The second time, there was a family in there overrunning their time and no one was managing who should be leaving. It is fairly small so too many people and screaming children makes it a less enjoyable experience. The last time we went, there was someone there but still no towels.

The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We had a problem booking and had ended up booking our stay across 2 bookings but they easily linked them and made sure we didn’t have to move rooms. The rooms were clean and lovely decorated, very warm and cosy. We had the continental breakfast which was perfect for a morning skiing.

Perfect location, just a 2 min walk from the centre and the Chavannes Express chair lift. Comfortable, well equipped rooms. Great buffet style selection at breakfast with a choice of hot freshly cooked options. Wonderful friendly staff who are always ready to assist and advise.

We didn't have breakfast but because of Le Chamois D'or's great location we were able to buy delicious pastries just opposite. The hotel was beautifully decorated. We loved the doors😍. The staff were so friendly. Our stay could not have been better. Thank you.

Perfectly located in the center of Les Gets with comfortable bedding and friendly staff. Price was correct despite all other hotels being booked. We didn't have the chance to try the breakfast.

Parking was challenging due to the mountain bike world cup event (the hotel has limited unreserved parking spots). The bedroom was slightly dusty. No minifridge in the room.
