Big simple rooms, comfortable with memory foam mattress which some might find too hard but we had a good sleep on it. Room comparable to Holiday inn Express/premier lodge but larger with large bathrooms and good size cupboard. Has sauna and gym in hotel but we didn’t get a chance to use so can’t comment. Quiet location right next to main bus station and attached to now closed down shopping centre so area looks a little worn but don’t let that put you off ..it was fine and felt safe. Free plentiful parking ( previously used for shopping centre) a bonus when hotels in Benidorm can charge over 20€ a night parking. No bars or restaurants outside hotel but downtown Benidorm walkable in around 20 minutes or taxi and public transport should be cheap. Bar in hotel reasonably priced Great breakfast - large choice to suit any palette and great value.

It was a cheap no frills hotel but it exceeded our expectations. The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean quiet at night - a bonus in Benidorm!! Staff were helpful and pleasant and the breakfast was more than we expected. It was slightly back from the front by the bus station so if you wanted to come off the motorway for a nights sleep and leave the next day to travel on it would be perfect. We spoke to a number of guests there and all seemed very happy with the hotel.

If we wanted to be super picky a cup of tea instead of the coffee on offer would have been nice. But certainly no grumbles from us!

Very large room away from the noise of the city centre, but close enough that you can walk there. Clean and Comfortable. 35€ per night was great price.

La Estación is a good place to stay to be out of the hustle and bustle of central Benidorm. It is easy to travel to being located just off the motorway. The parking is free and very secure. The accomodation is comfortable enough for a short stay. The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. We would stay there again.

The hotel is built above the bus station so it can get a bit noisy at times. We wanted to eat dinner at the hotel, but we do not eat meat and there wasn't much choice (if any) for vegetarians! The dinner is a buffet type menu for a fixed price. This wouldn't put us offer staying again as it is not too far to walk into town.

Breakfast was great, English and Continental. Evening meal was ok, not a great variety but for price fine if you not a picky eater. Salad, meat pork, chicken and beef and fish with some veg with potatoes in different form each day. Chip, hash browns etc and a pasta dish and rice each day. Only let down was pudding not a great variety, ice cream, fruit and cake. Loved the fact you could get a bus straight to benidorm and other place and very cheap at 1.60e. and free parking.

Not much to not like. Only thing bar not open all day as advertised and a long walk around the property to bus stop or coach if you had a lot of luggage to carry to and back to hotel as no lift from upstairs to ground floor to coach station, there was till shopping center closed down.

Convenience next to Benidorm Int, tram station as travelling in and leaving next day. Price for 1 night. Double bed for solo traveller. Rooms are big, beds are comfy, reception very efficient. Didn't really use any facilities or eat there. I would assume a commuter hotel as main autobus service station is also on site.

Long walk back from beach and eateries (40 mins). Seemed quicker going :-) but there are taxis. Cheap IKEA 90's laminate flooring in bedroom, rooms a little tired and in need of a good deep clean, however, the bathroom facilities you come into contact with and bed very acceptable.

I really enjoyed the view from my room window. You could see the sunset to the mountains and even a glimpse of the ocean. Very cozy and spacious room. Good price quality ratio! It is outside of the city center which I liked because it was very peaceful there. City center is still close enough to walk to. Staff was kind and very helpful as well! I can also recommend the breakfast. Would go again!

A kettle and coffee maker in the room would have been a good addition.

Spacious room ..quiet and very clean ..staff friendly , helpful and attentive ..lots of food at mealtimes and decent quality meal choice

Restaurant and food cold ..Bain Marie heater under food trays not working. Waitress wore a gilet at mealtimes and apologized for the cold ..there was a microwave to reheat your food but you should not need too .. hotel 25 mins walk from tourist areas ..but that's sometimes an advantage

Clean, good transit accomodation. Good for transport links. Walking distance into Benidorm although if it's hot worth thinking about a bus tram or taxi. Pleasant staff and if paying for a meal we had dinner there and decent value.

Bar near pool not open. Bar next to reception not very cosy. Not much info regarding local bus routes. Steepish climb up to hotel. No access from bus station.

Stayed many times, but this time the fire station. Was a problem. Don't know why at 2.30ish at night they had to put the alarms on the lights should be enough as very little traffic in this part of town at this time of night. Then woke me again around 7am.never had this before. Decided to eat in restaurant in the evening as son had to go to work. That was a mistake 14€ without drink. For the food you are offered this price is a joke.
