The hotel in general was excellent, and I liked the location. Check in was super quick and easy with very friendly and helpful reception staff. My room was modern, comfortable, with everything I needed and a nice view from the fifth floor. I loved the electronic safe in the room and also the lighting. The food was really first class and it never got boring, always something new and plenty of choices. Staff in the restaurant were very pleasant, helpful and kind. All in all it was a fantastic stay at the Poseidon Resort.

There isn't much I didn't like about the hotel. Maybe a larger TV would have been nice, but that's only a minor detail.

Spacious comfortable room with good balcon & views. Breakfast & dinner buffets were with wide selection . I complimented the kitchen staff. but could not see a place to leave a tip for them. The dining room staff were very helpful & welcoming, especially to a loner.

Room 1404 did have some tiny insects in bathroom & bedroom. The spa pool & jacuzzi were very good but power could be saved when noone using them. The jacuzzi should have a timer on it. Even the swimming pool pumps were running full blast at 1am when I returned one night. With bathroom linen do you not have a policy of asking guests to leave towels in the bath if they wish them changed?. I was only there 4 nights .

Stayed for one night as needed access to a hairdryer and iron as apartment we had been staying in had neither. Check was great did the online check in first, receptionist Rocio was so lovely, friendly and helpful. Room was great on the 11th floor nice and clean comfy beds two complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was really nice lots of variety from full cooked to pastries and meats, staff all very friendly. Was able to safely store our bags when we checked out and use of changing room. Only small issue was no irons available for us to use as all had been hired out till the morning. Great hotel would definitely stay again. I have stayed hear many times before .you get what you pay for .lovely size rooms in winter time lovely and worm. best location in Benidorm as it is right on centro .so easy to get to old town and new town .all the buses pass hear . but if you are a fussy eater i would recommended you eat out . if you get transfer too the Hotel they will drop you off at Poseidon Palace .walk through the Hotel to the lifts .go to - 1 floor walk past the swimming pool to the Poseidon Resort Hotel.

The hotel is set in a good place with plenty of bars and places to eat, good night life too

There are lots of Spanish guests the staff are a bit different towards English guests

Good Breakfast, pleasant and efficient staff, responded quickly and successfully to issue with toilet, constant good AC, Quick check in. Nice room and bathroom, bed comfortable, spacious, bright. Well cleaned daily. 2 Good swimming pools. Nice bright happy ambience around th hotel. Excellent location

They are telling you a joke when they say they have a fitness centre. Its a child's playground and its outside, with rediculous and cheap childrens equipment bolted into the ground. Shame that they do this! Not enough staff at peak times for refreshments in bar during pool times (day) Counted approx. 15 people quing on the two occasions I went! Not enough sunbeds and very cramped (like sardines) around either pool during the day. Need to have vending machine for snacks. One lift very faulty (kept opening and closing) meaning other lifts stayed where they were.

The food was really tasty, lots of choices both at breakfast and evening meal. My room was warm and comfortable with mini fridge and free electronic safe. Large balcony, nice view, with sun in the afternoon. Bathroom was excellent with large walk-in shower. TV in the room had some English channels BBC, ITV, plus Sky news and Eurosport. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, check-in very quick and easy. Maids were lovely, plenty of fresh towels and bed sheets changed regularly. Restaurant staff very helpful, and always smiling. I think this is my 4th time staying at this hotel and hopefully I will return next year as it's been excellent on every visit.

The only downside, and it was only a small issue, was when the ITV channels stopped working on my TV. The signal did come back though after a few days so all good in the end.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Spotlessly clean. Perfect location for venturing out and about because the majority of local buses stop 2 minutes away. Easy to walk to both the old town, rincon area and beach front. Very good selection of food at breakfast time.

The queues for the tea and coffee machines was ridiculous, sometimes 6 or 7 people waiting at each machine. They need more barrister machines to ease guests stay.

My stay at the Poseidon Resort in Benidorm was fantastic! The rooms were modern and spacious, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bathrooms were also a highlight, especially the amazing shower. Plus, it was only a five minute walk to the beach. I thought the resort was extremely good value for the price, and the staff were all very friendly

Only slight downside was it was quite a walk to the main strip, but based on above I would definitely stay again
