Pool was very small Disabled sister cut foot on metal tubing right outside hot tub (VERY dangerous) needs to be covered or cut out Used key cards once, went to pool and came back and it didn’t work Parking was something like $12-$22 (can’t remember exact price) I thought it was pretty ridiculous and $184 for a room for ONE night already seemed pretty expensive, and ended up having to pay $200

Truly a wonderful hotel experience! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city near all the best attractions. The property itself looked brand new after recent renovations, with a good-looking lobby; room was incredibly spacious with a fabulous view. It had all the amenities you could want like a plush king bed, large TV, minibar, water, microwave oven etc. The staff were all so friendly and accommodating too. And having convenient parking onsite made things stress-free after a long drive. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area! I had such a pleasant, comfortable stay.

Wifi could be better (bad signal from the room), but in general I think this can be solved with the premium Wifi package

I liked everything about this hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. They actually had a couch that was big enough for the family to watch tv and relax. The rooms were clean and they had big shampoos and conditioners instead of the small ones that only wash 1 persons hair. The lobby was decorated for Christmas and was beautiful. They also had a lot of lounge/ places to relax and hang out. We were very pleased with our stay.

Beautiful corner room, 731, with great view of mountains, spacious living room and bedroom, good layout. Comfortable furnishings, very clean. All appliances worked well, air conditioning worked well. A very nice room. Loved that we had a window from the living room with view of mountains. Noticed other rooms had window facing indoors. Great hotel amenities with a very nice gym. Loved the added safety featurr of having to scan key card to use the elevator to go up to floors.

Bar sink had loose faucet that needed to be fixed.

This was a very nice and clean hotel set in downtown Salt Lake City. The rooms are arranged around a large atrium which makes everything feel open and much bigger. We had a suite room on an upper floor with a great view over the city. The room was nicely decorated, comfortable, and spacious. We were able to park our rental car in the hotel parking garage for a nominal fee.

Breakfast was not included in our booking. But the in-house restaurant did serve a breakfast at a price.

The rooms were well appointed. Sofa and bed were very comfortable. The shower and bathroom were very well designed, and water pressure was excellent. The staff eas very attentive and helpful. We forgot to pack our toothpaste and they provided us travel tubes to avoid having to seek out a drugstore. They were also very kind to our fur babies that traveled with us. The restaurant was very nice to make our stay more relaxing. Staff and menu were most satisfactory.

They could have a doggy park, but did have a small outside area with a garbage and baggies. There was a lovely bar and restaurant in the lobby, but some complimentary water bottles or refreshments in the room would be nice.

I loved the layout of the room, the spacious bathroom counter, the view out the windows, the beautiful atrium in the interior of the building, the decor, and the lighting. All wonderful!

The bathroom didn't have a fan in the ceiling and changing the thermostat didn't seem to have any effect. We were sometimes too hot or too cold, and since the windows don't open, we couldn't do anything about it.

Building was a spectacular double atria. Room was a true suite. Comfortable bed and furniture. I hear it was recently renovated, and it shows.

Breakfast could be included. It wasn't, and the meal was expensive and not really good. Put a teapot in the room with teabags. I didn't like that there wasn't a step-in shower instead of a bathtub.

Everything about the hotel was great! Our daughter lost her tooth while we were staying there, we left the note she wrote to the tooth fairy on the sink the morning after. Upon our return that evening we noticed that there was a $1 left with the note. Assuming this was done by staff, it was absolutely a generous gesture and so thoughtful, our daughter thought the tooth fairy came back one more time for her!

We liked the staff they were so nice and helpfull. Also the place was so clean.

The parking for vehicles with racks or are tall meaning we could not fit inside with the other cars so there we’re little parking, Also the hot and cold water was fluctuating when in the shower.
