What I enjoyed about Laranjais Boutique Suites & Apartments in Porto was the stylish and modern interior that combined comfort with elegance and a touch of Portuguese charm. The apartments were spacious, well-equipped, and carefully designed, providing not only a comfortable but also aesthetically pleasing stay. The location was fantastic, with close proximity to Porto’s main attractions and charming streets, making it easy to explore the city’s beauty. Additionally, the friendly and attentive staff were always ready to help and offered valuable tips, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Probably one of the most friendliest & helpful welcomes we have received on our arrival at any hotel , the staff were so lovely they made us feel very special. The room we stayed in was very clean & spacious,very comfortable with the choice of two pillows. The apartment had a kitchen, which was spotlessly clean, and all the kitchen appliances you would need, including coffee podmachine. Recently refurbished throughout these apartments and tastefully renovated with plenty of the building original features left . Location is a 5 minute stroll to the main shopping arras, plenty of restaurants, bars and old town only 10 minutes walk. Very quiet street at night, so no problem sleeping. Highly recommend this property yo will not be disappointed. The property manager on the front desk is amazing..nothing is too much trouble. He is a credit to this property.

The person in charge of reception explained everything and took us acrosse the street to show us our apartment. The apartment is serviced daily, has an elevator, is luxurious, spacious and has all the comfort that one would need. The decor is beautiful. The kitchen was equipped with almost everything (needed to ask for a spatula and some dis washing liquid) but those are minor things. We had complimentary water daily, one bottle of wine and some port (complimentary). The cleaning services were excellent too. The whole apartment was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The place is within walking distance to several restaurants, minimarket, metro and train station and several historic sites.

The only thing that the apartment lacked was a washing machine/tumble drier and some dishcloths to wipe the plates. Other than this, it is a new luxiourous apartment with all the comfort one needs in quiet area within the city centre.

It was a beautiful spacious apartment. The beds were very comfortable. Great air conditioning! The kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very kind and friendly. The neighborhood was full of many great restaurants. Easy walking to all major sites.

Would have loved a few hooks at the front door and in the bathroom. There was noisy construction behind our apartment. Be prepared to hear your upstair neighbors stomping around at times. But at night…silence!

This hotel offers exceptional hospitality and style for a exceptionally good price. The hotel is at heart of Porto. There is no need for a car as most attractions are within walking distance. The restaurants in the area are very good ane the hotel staff made some excellent recommendations. We enjoyed a wonderful vegan/plant based breakfast at the hotel and another at LabEleven. The hotel staff couldn't have been any more friendly or helpful. We will definitely return when next in Porto.

Very very minor small things: We wish that the towel hanger was attached to the wall, sometimes the hot water would run low, another little shelf to hang the soap/shampoo bottle on in the shower.

The reception by Luis was extremely warm. All of the staff were very nice and sympathetic. The service was like in a hotel, which we have not yet experienced in an apartment rental. The bed was made, the dishes washed and coffee capsules and water provided as needed. We felt very welcome and at home.The location was perfect and quiet. Easily and conveniently reached from the airport by metro (line E - Trindade). The sights are all within walking distance (even if there are always ups and downs) ;-)

The kitchen is only suitable for a fried egg or to warm up a soup. Anyone who describes heating up food in the microwave as cooking can cook, everyone else rather not.

The design, the spaciousness, the cleanliness, the facilities in the apartment, Ines at the front desk and Jose the manager, their availability via booking.com's message system and via WhatsApp, the excellent location, the quiet of the room, the shutters that completely darkened the apartment when closed, etc etc etc

Parking in the area is expensive But the apartment was GREAT and we were sorry to leave

What an absolute gem! This is an outstanding property. New, well-maintained, clean, well-appointed. Rooms had all the necessities, the beds were super comfy. There was even a complimentary chocolate and some port wine, as well as chilled water, and plenty of nespresso pods and tea bags. As opposed to many other similar properties, this one had a reception, which was staffed 8-24. Shortly before our arrival, the staff reached out and made sure to welcome us. My wife asked at the reception for some pretty specific shopping advice, and we got excellent recommendations for truly niche products. An outstanding place!

There was nothing to dislike. During our stay, there was a fire alarm malfunction and it was going off in random times (incl in the middle of the night). The staff was very apologetic, and I am sure they will have it fixed in no time.
