In comparison to business hotels, it was a bit larger, giving me more room to open my large suitcases without having to trip over them. The bathroom was large and had all the amenities and towels I needed. Room cleaning was also spot on and I enjoyed the super fast internet. The hotel is located within 2-3 minute walk of the station and there's a convenience store right next door. The staff were friendly and there were amenities in the lobby if I needed them. The hotel breakfast was in a separate restaurant under the hotel. The quality of the breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed sampling the local delicacies.

I had no issues whatsoever with the hotel.

Realising that single room will be smaller, i booked superior double room. Room is comfortable and there were amenities. Hotel is less than 10 minutes walk from Hakata Station, which is why i booked this hotel. Being a vegetarian, assuming that it is not worth, i did not opt for breakfast at the hotel. Short stay, but was fine! There was storm warning on the 28th/29th...chilly day. Convenience Store nearby as well.

I arrived on the morning of 27th around 9:30 am, unfortunately, not possible to check in at that time. I have then requested for early check in at 12:00 noon (with extra payment) as I did not want to walk around in the cold...was not a bad decision. Getting breakfast/food was minutes away - but in the rain-cold it is not easy. Somehow managed...

Superb location with 1 mins walk to Hakata station and a few mins walk to car rental. Lawson is just next to the hotel. Area is packed with good resto options. Service is amazing and staff is super helpful. Room is a bit bigger than most hotels. Bathroom is also bigger. Bed are comfy. In-room amenities are decent and good enough. Though the hotel is situated in the centre of Fukuoka, there is no noise at all at night. Will def revisit this hotel once I have a chance to visit Fukuoka again.

Nothing to complain really. Though I would like a mini gym but totally understand all the hotels within this price price range have no gym.

Location! The front desk was helpful and always so welcoming when I walk back into the hotel. I had always stayed at this chain in Japan where available and so far hasn’t disappointed me. Loved how the directions to the hotel is clear, especially someone who is good at getting lost! I stayed at two different room types because after checking out for a night, the single room I booked wasn’t available so took a double room. The hotel is clean and I like the decor, but can see the building is a tad old, no fault of the management and despite this they maintained it well.

Wish it was a tad cheaper and that it included breakfast

The hotel is about two blocks away from Hakata Station, the main hub of Fukuoka and the center of everything. There are plenty of restaurants, shops and activities around this area. The staff is super helpful, polite and friendly.

There is little natural light into the room making putting on makeup tricky. I looked at the floor plan and our room is the biggest on the floor - twin bed room but it's still relatively smaller than one in Kitakyushu and Hiroshima. I think it's because Fukuoka is a bigger city.

Super close to the train station and the room was reasonably sized with a spacious bathroom. The bath was large enough to accommodate me and was a great way to soothe tired muscles after lots of walking. LOVED having two pillows on each bed, thank you! Mattresses were very firm which seems to be the norm but very uncomfortable for us. Fantastic restaurant downstairs in the basement with the loveliest waygu beef I have ever eaten.

The hotel was located very close to Hakata station, making travel between cities, within Fukuoka, and to and from the airport very convenient. The hotel dealt with my requests very promptly and better than expected. I requested for rooms to be in close proximity and they gave us 4 adjacent rooms, better than any other hotel has done for us. The room sizes are decent, and cots were provided as requested. We enjoyed our stay there. The service staff was excellent, helping us quickly with all our requests.

The room was very bright even at night due to lights from various places (e.g. aircon, master light switch, humidifier).

Location and there’s Lawson downstairs.

1. The bathtub and toilet were coated with dust. I didnt realise it until I was preparing the bath by cleaning the bathtub with the showerhead. Then I saw water with dark grey dust washing off. Quite disgusting. After that I realised the toilet bowl was also coated with dust. I took a picture to show recep for them to remind housecleaning. Not sure where the dust came from. Cant b long time didnt clean right? 2. One of the newer staff, forgot her name. She is completely unempathetic n acting like robot. Not sure whether cos she is new, she doesnt understand English or completely doesn’t care. Was glad we didn’t see her during the last few days of our stay.

Location is near to the station. Just come out of the Chikushi exit (Macdonald on the right), up the escalator, cross a small lane(and Lawson) and you reached the entrance of the hotel.

Nothing in particular. Breakfast only by Japanese set, Western, Korean set. If they have more varieties would be a bonus. We tried 1 day for the breakfast only. The area has many choices actually.

The location was exceptional as it is within walking distance from Fukuoka station. The hotel lobby looks really luxurious and the staff is very nice and kind. They stored the luggage for me as I arrived before the check-in time. Also, when I am away on a short trip to Beppu before returning here, they also help store the luggage for me. I really like this hotel and I would love to come back here again for my Fukuoka trip
