It is a nice, compact, new hotel in the south of Gdansk. The staff working in the reception and the room service were friendly and helpful. The hotel is a bit remote from the city center but it was perfect for our purposes as we were visiting places in the southern areas of Gdansk. The room was clean and tidy. The beakfast buffet was amazing! The selection and quality of all dishes served was very high - possibly one of the best breakfasts I've had in a hotel for a while.

The waitresses working in the hotel restaurant were rather on the unfriendly side. They also didn't look particularly keen to take our order. The room we stayed in was rather small (not too bad but I would appreciate a little bit of extra space).

Hotel Platan is a nice place at borders of Gdańsk, so not very good for tourists cause it is fairly far away from the city center and all Gdańsk attractions. I chose it because it was the closest place to the venue my colleague threw her birthday party. The place is modern, clean, quiet, elegant even. Staff is nice and available 24/7.

- Bathroom and room were nice and spacious with a lot of storage options. Nice pillows. - Breakfast selection was nice, it was good selection also for vegeterians. - Nice and efficient staff. No hassle on check in/out or during the stay. - Quiet and calm neighbourhood. Great for calm sleep after a day of exploring. - Complementary things like shower caps, water, tea, etc. Made the stay convenient and cosy. - Free parking.

- Parking was a bit tight. Requires some patience to park .

It's a nice small hotel in a quiet area. Friendly staff, tasty breakfast with many choices, very clean and beautiful rooms, different wifi in each room and comfortable beds made it a great stay for our weekend trip.

A bit too far away from the center. Also, it might be a bit hard to find a spot for the car in the parking lot if you come back on late evening.

Hotel is very new and very clean. Restaurant is next door with delicious beer and food for great price. Room had big windows with good daylight, it was very quiet and spacious with new utilities and a great bathroom. Also good space for parking. Breakfast was 10/10, very large selection of different food and drink, everything was delicious and hotel staff was very nice and proffessional.

The surroundings of the hotel were muddy fields and construction, not a good view from the windows but it is understood and can't be changed by the hotel.

We chose the hotel because of its location which was perfect for us but if you have plans to sightseeing in Gdansk then that's not an option for you, because the road to the city center is always jammed. The room surprised us with its size and comfort. We slept very well.

The bathroom has a very unpleasant smell.

Good sound insulation, everything fresh and tidy, good breakfast, very good restaurant next door with competitive prices.

Overall location is quite far from city center and any other restaurants, located in brand new neighbourhood that is still being built - nowhere to take an evening walk.

Surprisingly nice and cosy hotel in a bit weird area near Gdansk (many construction sites around). Very elegant rooms, great breakfast and good restaurant with a refreshing garden next-doors. Very friendly and helping staff - they answered all our crazy requests.

Is nothing to say here I spent only one night .

The size of my room was very good, excellent. Breakfast was fantastic

construction work is underway, very noisy during the day, dust.
