Great location, you can walk to the station and to the center. It takes about 15 minut. Friendly staff. Cleanliness.

First thing in the morning you can hear the tram. Badly for those who have sleep disruption. Early cleaning - about 9.30-10AM. We were on vacation and it was tense. In a double room one blanket for two. I`am used to sleeping with my own blanket. Think most couples also

Breakfast: It was supreme. There is something for every taste and every liking. You can eat traditional polish breakfast, or plain continental or only sweet breakfast. All products were top-notch and tasty. This is a true masterpiece for this hotel! Staff: They were very helpful and very nice. They speak English quite well, and they can make you feel truly welcomed. Bathroom: The toilet flushed properly and there was always hot water available. It was also quite big and cosy. The shower cabin was big enough, and it did not leak in any way. Room: It was quite big as well. Apart from the beds and a wardrobe, we also had a desk and a chair, thus making the room quite liveable. It almost made me wish i spent more time inside the room.

Room: The beds were a bit narrow for my taste, and it felt like I could easily fall out of bed. No other complaints!

It wa a nice room Good value for money. Breakfast was unbelievable. Such a rich offer and almost everything was delicious. The staff was very helpful in letting us know everything we needed about going around Gdansk and to the airport. The hotel is at walking distance to the centre of Gdansk which is simply beautiful for a visit

I didnt like that two beds were linked as if it was a double-size bed, but I must admit that the staff warned me immediately after my booking while I was still in Italy, that they would have linked them! I didnt like the coffee maybe they will improve even it (with a "specialty" offer) soon!

Room size was nice and clean. Good shower. ALL Staff was very helpful and nice. One name we remember is Edyta. :) Luggage storage after checkout. Airport bus stops by close to hotel so makes it very convenient. Good breakfast with boiled and fried eggs. Cook was nice to make our eggs especially separately as we do not eat pork. Chinese restaurant opposity to hotel (little spendy).

Not near the main town. so if you are visiting Gdansk as a tourist, be ready to walk extra. 20 mins walking. Not many Food places close by. We had to walk 20 mins to old town to eat meals. Rest was ALL good!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was quite large. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of different options, including traditional Polish foods alongside scrambled eggs and sausages. The staff were great, extremely helpful and friendly. The location is good - it's just outside of the old town. You have to cross a busy road to get to the centre, but it's probably much quieter than a hotel in the old town would be.

Two minor points - the quality of the coffee offered at breakfast could have been better, and it would have been nice to have a smart tv in the room with access to Netflix given that all the channels were in Polish. But neither of these effected my stay.

The staff were great we asked for a nice room as it was our anniversary and not only did we get a suite but a bottle of fizz as well...THANK YOU!! The hotel location was great too with a ten minute stroll into the old town and the main area of tourism. If this too much of a walk, grab an Uber for £3-4. Breakfast was good and varied from 7 till 10am. Warm scrabbled eggs and bacon/sausages along with yoghurts, musili, cereals and a big selection of cold stuffs such as cheese, hams, and salad type dishes. Perfect!!

Very clean, cosy and modern room, equipped with a cattle, cups, multiple lamps allowing for both bright and more dim ambience in terms of light. Located only a short walk from the old town. Reception 24/7, checkout was super easy and quick, I only needed to hand-over the key and receptionist checked the system and said ''done''.

Only thing was that a small city tax fee needed to be paid upon arrival, it was only possible to pay by cash. I did not have zloty with me, so I asked the receptionist where is the best/easiest way to exchange euro to zloty, unfortunately they were not able to help me. Luckily I have Polish friends who were able to advise me and I went to Green Kantor in Forum Mall to exchange money. But it was closing at 21:00 and I had to rush, I was leaving on the next morning early, so it was a bit stressful and I'm not sure how it would work for example in the guest arrives with no zloty at hand at 22:00 and has to leave 5 am the next morning. Perhaps the hotel can go the extra mile to prepare in advance some advise / solution for such cases. :)

The location was perfect in the city center but still calm neighborhood. I like breakfast the most, there were a lot of different options. The staff was friendly, reception is open 24/7. I would stay again once I am back to Gdansk.

The room was a bit small, the cold drink options was limited during breakfast. There is no minibar in the room, cold drinks were not available even there was no cold water in the room, there was no international channels available on TV.

Very kind staff really. Surprisingly great breakfast for such small hotel with wide choice.

Parking is bit complicated to get oriented but ok. I have to put comment here on which is probably small thing but...I never understand with limited places next to a hotel directly why owner or director must be parking at the very first place when staying there whole day. This place should be for guests to load/unload budggage. This is some kind of strange habit to me.

To start on the highest note: the mattress on my double bed was splendid, better than you practically ever get at a hotel. Getting out of bed in the morning, getting off it after resting in the afternoon, I was refreshed. The room itself was fine; I was a single person in a double. There was plenty of surface space, also in the bathroom (though none in the shower). I didn’t use the TV, the WiFi was fine. They picked me up from the airport for free, but I was mightily disappointed when I arrived. It’s supposed to be in the Old City, but there was no sign of old city anywhere around. (All the splendid old buildings in this really lovely town are accurate reconstructions: it was all flattened in WWII.) But there are old Dutch-inspired buildings up the road, and the center of Old City is down the road. A trolley stops right at the hotel. The walk, if you do it, to Dlugi Targ, is less than twenty minutes. But a taxi to the cathedral or back is merely $3.50-4.50, unless you get your cab from the Hilton, in which case, it’s $12.00. Gdańsk is a delightful city to stroll in. I didn’t have the breakfast, of which the hotel is quite proud. It looked far too much, but worst was a self-serve push-button coffee automat. However, there is a large and proper Italian caffetiera espresso machine at the bar in the lobby, and some of the morning desk people are excellent baristas (having studied abroad in Italy?).
