Location was great, it’s on the end of Agonda beach which means it’s even quieter than the already quiet agonda. The Villas face onto the beach meaning sitting out on the deck is a pleasure. The staff were very nice, attentive and friendly. The hotel has two restaurants, we only tried the one on the beach, it was amazing, the food was great and the staff were great. One of their curries was so good I asked the chef for the recipe and he came up to the restaurant to tell me how to cook it at home. All round a great stay.

Our room could have done with a little TLC, abit of paint touch up and the safe didn’t work unfortunately.

The view from the beach cottages were excellent, and overall the facilities were really good.

It’s clean and comfortable. Location is not so great, at the end of Agonda beach. Personally I think it’s overpriced on booking.com. Restaurant is ok but there’s hardly a view. There are better options close by

Stunning cottage with sea view, loved waking up to the sound of the ocean :) Very spacious room with tasteful interiors and a very nice outdoor bathroom. The cottage has all the comforts needed for a wonderful stay! Both restaurants at the property serve some of the best food on Agonda (especially Tree Top Tava!) beach and the room service is very efficient and affordable. The resort is located on the quiet end of the beach so it's the perfect spot if you're planning to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet.

The resort claims to offer a 24/7 boat service in between the sea front cottages and the main resort (river side). However, due to low tide and lack of staff operating this service, this never seemed to be working, which meant we had to go the long way and cross the bridge to get on to the main road pretty much whenever we needed to go out.

Superb property with villas situated right on the beach meaning you are only a few steps away from the water. The staff were supper friendly and helpful, from check-in to the rooms to the dining to the check-out, everything was beyond our expectations. The food from the restaurant was great and the team helped organise a dinner on the beach for us on the last night. Right next to the property there are also kayaks you can rent to paddle up the river, or take a tour in a powered boat if you want to kick back and enjoy the scenery. There was ample parking with lots of other bars and restaurants just a short drive away.

A fridge in the room would have been handy and mosquito nets around the beds would be a great addition.

We loved how the staff were very gentle and supportive. We visited during the off-season and yet they made sure we had a pleasant stay. The best part was the on-site restaurant. Despite not having many customers due to off-season, they were very sweet to prepare all the dishes we asked for from their extensive menu and serve it super fast right to our room irrespective of the time.

We wished the place had a spa or a swimming pool as said in the posters outside the hotel. Maybe the spa was off because it is off-season.

Fantastic property, well maintained and spacious rooms. Staff was friendly, polite and happy to help!!! The property was right on the beach and it was a perfect place for me to unwind and have some 'me' time. Agonda beach is long and the good part is that the beach is quite shallow at most parts, which makes it perfect for getting into water. The in house restaurant serves some fantastic food, both local as well as multi cuisine. Siddhi at the front desk and overall team of Mr. Thakur, Aman and Pradeep were warm and took good care of me.

Agonda as a location is slightly secluded. While it worked for me perfectly, it might not be the right choice for people who need action and want to party.

i had a river side cottage, and the cottage was large with a comfortable bed, good air conditioning and a nice outdoor bathroom, as well as a porch with chairs and a table. to go to the beach, a little boat is provided to cross the waterway that divides the property. the staff was friendly and helpful on both side, and a sun bed with towel was provided. There are two restaurants on sight, one on the river side and one on the beach side, both good, with a special note for the Treetop Tava. Nice bug garden and perfect location at the quietest end of the beach.

Nothing really, but if you are past your prime like me the boat trips are a little difficult to manage, but still the boys managing it were great.

The property is on one side of Agonda beach and it’s quiet and peaceful there. The property is set in amongst the trees which is lovely and the private bungalows are private looking out to the lake or beach. The outdoor bathrooms add to the feeling of being by the beach in Goa.

The property could do with an upgrade, the rooms are a little tired, tiles are cracked and old, dated furniture.. some small touches could make the stay more comfortable and competitive vs other options at Agonda. The bathroom and room weren’t thoroughly clean, I found some hairs in the bed sheets and the white sheets weren’t completely white. I had a small amount of loo roll when I arrived and had to ask for more. The staff are nice but not the warmest of welcomes and customer service. They messaged me to say I couldn’t pay with credit card and had to pay cash on arrival even though this isn’t communicated when booking. Attention to a few things could make this stay more enjoyable.

Location, service.. have been staying at this property everytime I come to Goa for the last 8 years. Treetop Tava is an amazing restaurant which is on the river side , totally reccomend having a few meals there as well. Good large firm beds are a huge plus and the situation out area is really nice 🙂

Open air bathroom can have a net on top , we had instances of some frogs etc coming in to the bathroom - these are normally to be expected in such locations but would be good to add a layer of separation if possible coz it can definitely be creepy.
