All was good except one

The hotel was booked for a.wedding so we as guest next day morning at breakfast see no nonveg at all and the they tell us what we want the kitchen would provide separately . This amused me being a Marriott member and paying so much my overseas friends and I were surprised to get a 2nd grade treatment.. how could a hotel do this instead they should have made a separate counter for vegetarian.. this was disturbing... we as guest have to listen to loud music post 1030pm .. that is fine for the hotel ?? For we as guest to tolerate this ... so we suffer they enjoy .. this is so un like St Regis

The property is stunning with a huge garden and direct access to a serene beach. The service is amazing. Thanks to all the amazing staff including Anisha who took really good care of us. The seafood at the beach restaurant is also really great although a bit pricey.

Great variety at the enormous buffet but sometimes would be great to change the options a bit more from day to day. Badminton and tennis court could use some renovation but apart from that the property looks amazing

The location and the peaceful atmosphere in the resort, surrounded by greenery everywhere. The butler service was just a message or call away, the staff were very friendly, our butler TJ was so patient and prompt in WhatsApp and call to sort out every tiny request. Had a pleasant and comfortable stay.

It's not about, not liking but more like a feedback, there were some misses here and there where followup was needed, but they were resolved promptly by the staff and they were careful to address them accordingly.

Beautiful lush green property with spacious rooms, thought some are a bit outdated. Even though we went in the peak of the monsoon, the private beach access was a large factor in deciding on the property. Beach right outside of the hotel was kept clean. Ecxellent breakfast at the Manor restaurant. Standard of housekeeping was also excellent and the room was always super clean as were the general areas, amenities and rest of the property. Highlight was the hospitality of all the staff who were warm, welcoming and always helpful. Special shout out to Arundhati at the front desk and Baptist at F&B.

The suite we stayed in had not been renovated yet so small things like tiny tv’s that are badly placed and stains on the upholstery need to be addressed.

I’d like to note my gratitude towards the staff at the St Regis- ensuring that our stay was pleasant and memorable, especially as this booking was made to celebrate my sister’s birthday. A special thanks to our assigned butler Divyesh who understood the assignment and ensured her special day went perfectly! Divyesh was attentive, highly efficient and went above and beyond to deliver on all requests made during our stay. I had the pleasure of staying in both the Manor Pool Suite (with the plunge pool) and the Lagoon Grande Deluxe room overlooking the lagoon hosting beautiful water lillies being the USP of this resort. I was pleased with the modern, bright and airy decor as well as the standards of cleanliness up-kept by the housekeeping staff. In terms of the restaurants, the food and pastries at each were delicious! Note, there are many options for Vegetarians at all restaurants and therefore we were spoiled for choice. Our favourite dining experience being at Miri, The Manor and Oliveto. The resort host numerous activities for both adults and children catering to all kinds of holiday goers. We In particularly enjoyed the bangle making workshop, the Estuary Walk (heading towards the point where the river Sal and the Arabian Sea meet) and lastly the Nature Walk hosted by the Assistant Horticulture Manager Haresh, who has dedicated 20+ years to the beautiful landscape offerings of the St Regis- very informational and interactive. Overall a fantastic stay and a must visit!

No complaints! Though do note, when booking a 'Full Board' room all restaurants on site are not included only the buffet restaurant 'Miri' (that is excellent).

Location- right on the cleanest and quietest beach of the South Goa. Beautiful layout. Very spacious and comfortable rooms and suits. Big terraces. Delicious breakfast for any dietary needs. Exceptionally polite and helpful staff. "Conflict" resolution skills- outstanding. Room amenities are fantastic, and housekeeping service is amazing. Huge property. Lots of walking in the shaded footpaths among the greenery, and for those with mobility issues - golf buggies available all the time. Easy parking. Little spoils and treats throughout the day: the hotel provides free refreshing drinks from morning on the beach and at the pool, with disposable cups. A selection of SPF creams to use was an added bonus! Always plenty of towels and sunbeds. Difficult to mention everything, bcs it was all really caring, warm, pampered and memorable

We had a bit of a "bump" with the reservation. There's a discrepancy between what's shown on Booking.com website, and what's available at the property. Bcs of that we had a minor inconvenience duringthe checkin, but it was all sorted out.

Beautiful, big and well maintained property. Proximity to nice and clean beach. Road access is very good. Parking space available. Multiple restaurants including a beach side one. Food quality was excellent. Staff in general was very welcoming and helping. The pool was excellent and so was the landscaping and gardens. Cycling around the property was a pleasure. Excellent place to spend some days away from the rush of daily life.

A confusion created by one of the overzealous chefs resulted in us leaving with a slightly bitter aftertaste than what otherwise would have been a perfect holiday. But it is not something that may happen to others. So there’s that.

What can I say. The staff at the St. Regis made our stay there most memorable. Starting with the welcome team Zakaria, Kunal and especially Jeeya. What a spectacular welcome. Thank you so much for all the special attention you gave us. The Susegado team and the beach staff...Nitesh, Sahil, Tejas, Sourav, Paul the bartender, Salim, Shaik, Nityanand, thank you for making us feel so welcome everyday. An of course Miri. Naro, Harshit, Chandni, Sumit, Manish,Akshay, Nikhil and the fabulous Mr. Malket who was just everywhere when we needed him. Words are not enough to thank you for this amazing holiday with you.

Room 343 could use a new bathtub.

I was so impressed with service in St.Regis Goa, all workers were super kind,helpful and like a family to me. I could receive a help any time I asked. The cleaning service was provided two times per day, the property was super clean. The hotel and the place it’s huge itself. We actually don’t need to go out because we will not stay bored at the hotel. There are 3 restaurants, the food is high quality, specially I loved breakfast and their bakery. Swimming pool is big and clean, there are always workers around that provide you fresh drinks, towels or even spf creams. Amazing, I can’t describe my happiness. I just know that I will come back and stay more and more times with St.Regis. Thank you for all your hospitality I am so happy with my stay. Everything about the property is exciting, the approach road, the location, rooms, the food is exceptional especially sea food, gulabjamun with old monk icecream is a must try. Staff here is excellent and everyone we came across was warm and hospitable catering to our tiniest of demands

understand its a huge property and difficult to manage, some areas on the periphery were needing attention in terms of repairs and cleanliness, that is the only area of improvement i can think of
