The property is in an excellent location. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast is amazing.

The hotel and staff were perfect, with the exception that the hotel can not arrange taxis. This is the first time I have ever experienced this with a hotel. The receptionist said they can arrange a private car, but cannot call for taxis. And the private cars were not available. They say the only option is for you to go into the street to find a taxi. This is peculiar at best, but can be a major problem when needing to get to the airport (as there were no taxis anywhere near the hotel - within 3 streets!). So plan ahead for this problem…

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and did their utmost to make this holiday stay enjoyable for our family, including our baby grandson. The breakfast included was exceptionally good. The hotel offers lounges with very comfortable chairs as well as comfortable chairs in the individual rooms.

There is no air conditioning and the room got a little stuffy even with the window open all night, though we were given a fan, which did help. It does not have its own car parking facilities but it was no problem parking the car we rented in an independent car parking facility nearby.

Loved the warm welcome and the free welcome drink at the bar, so nice after a long journey. We found the location perfect as right in the centre and a short walk to the lake front as well as the main street. Loved the beds in our room too, really nice, crisp bedding. The price we paid was less than some hostels we've stayed at so we thought the quality for money was great.

Our room was quite hot and with no a/c we had to open the window but as it's in tge centre of town it was quite noisy. Such a shame as everything else was great. Breakfast could have started earlier too as so many people need to get away early for flights, excursions etc. 7.15 start meant we had to rush and only grabbed a few bites.

Location was good, room size with comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom was a tad small, but clean and everything worked. Great breakfast and a complimentary arrival drink. staff very helpful and attentive. Great value for money

Sorry, but the atrocious internet in all areas, really lets the place down. I suspect the problem has been ongoing for some time and will continue. With no AC in the rooms we had trouble sleeping.

It is quite old with cracks in flooring etc but this didn’t bother us too much. The spa area is only open from 5:30-9:30pm with booking for 30 min slot required. We booked the first time slot but the jacuzzi was too hot to get into, like burn your skin hot. We asked if cool water could be added but this was not possible as I presume it’s like a bath that has to stay hot until end of the session …but it hadn’t cooled down within our 30 min slot so we had to leave without using it, as our time was up. Disappointing. Would recommend others book a later slot if available

The staf is nice and helpfull, the room is not so big but very nice, clean and cozy. The location is great, at the center and close to everything. The breakfast was excellent.

Location was amazing, really perfect, walking distance to the center and many nice restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Spa was very nice, the area felt very cozy. The gym was small, but sufficient

Breakfast was not very good. Only high sugar items. Would have been nice to have some more yogurt, granola, seeds options. Spa was lovely but it felt uncomfortable that a staff member stayed in the room during our appointment. We've never experienced this in other hotels.

The hotel met our needs. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Location was perfect if you want to be in town. Great hotel would stay again. If your planning on doing some hiking..please keep in mind transportation seems to be difficult to find.. We tried to get a bus pass..SUBE.. but no one seemed to want to sell us one..so no bus for us. Taxi was fine going to the mountains..but we landed up having to walk almost all the way back to Bariloche before we found an empty cab. I suggest renting a car if your planning on traveling outside of town.

Very comfortable beds and spacious room. The location is perfect, just few steps from the main street. The breakfast is very good, has a good variety.

just minor things, like having someone serving you breakfast and lack of hooks to hang stuff in the bathroom.

Location was superb, 1 block from the lake and 1 block from the main street. The view from the room overlooked the city and also de lake.

The bathroom was very small. I don´t say that all rooms are the same but in my particular case is was really small, the toilet was right beside the door, not allowing you to open de door completely. The showers was also really small so for a relatable big person it was not comfortable. But this was just my case.
