Amazing stay! The hotel's staff is very friendly and available for its clients. The room was very nice, the bed comfortable. Everything was clean and the cleaning service always did a good work. We didn't try the breakfast, but it is available. The hotel is very well located, we had everything near and we didn't need to use public transportation. The bus station is like 10min away by walking from the hotel and the train station 20min away (and 10min by bus). In brief, I would highly recommend this hotel in Pamplona!

The only negative point was the view from our room, as it overlooks the interior of the hotel. There was no sun/light.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. The location was quiet but easily accessible to the main areas. The reception staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. We were walking the Camino Frances and had some items to send home. The staff on reception were so helpful in facitating this for us. The hotel has a small dining area where we were able to grab a coffee and eat our food. We will certainly look to book a room again in this chain of hotel. Highly recommend 👌

The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I had a room on the 6th floor and it had a very nice and spacious balcony with a great view. Location was perfect, very close to the city centre. Also I came with a Bike and the staff was so kind to let me keep it in the room with me.

The room was fairly small

The location was excellent, as was the breakfast, real value for money. When it rained the hotel provided umbrellas. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

There was not a great deal of hanging space in the room.

Tiny, crowded breakfast room. Unavoidable, I guess, due to limited space. Still part-frozen tortilla for bre@kfast. Microwave to the rescue.

Location good for the Camino. Signposted off the main street. Room good size. Staff very friendly. Provided map of old city which was useful. Near the city walls and a lovely park which has a nice coffee shop/bar

Shame no hot drinks available at the hotel

Very nice cute hotel. We stayed for only one night. The room was comfortable and clean. It was located in the center of the old city.

It was confusing to get to the hotel. The GPS wouldn't get us to the actual hotel. It would leave us outside of the city barriers. We called the hotel and they told us how to get inside. There were some restrictions to get inside the city centre and we had to be given permissions to go in. There's no parking in the premises and the closest one was two short city blocks away. It's not that we didn't like it, it was just inconvenient.

Loved the comfortable bed and nice size bathroom and shower. Soap was available to wash your hands and there was soap in the shower. The towels were large. My room faced a quiet alley, and had two large windows. There was a nice tv that you could swivel. There even was a desk and chair. The wardrobe area was open and there weren't drawers but there was a bench area to put your suitcase or pull out clothes if you were using a backpack. Breakfast was inexpensive and had all you would need, coffee, meats, yogurt, pastries and tortilla de patata. Both front desk workers I dealt with were wonderful. I decided to extend my stay and I was able to keep my room. The day I left I needed a taxi and the gentleman called without hesitation.

There wasn't air-conditioning but they did provide a fan and fortunately between the two big windows and the relatively quiet alleyway I was able to keep the room cool. Glad I was there at the end of a heatwave. Room could not be deadbolt from the inside and they just assured me it would be safe. I'm a Pilgrim and had walking poles with me so by using one and a hanger I could secure the door to my liking. Would I have been ok? Yes, safe and quiet but I needed the extra security.

Great location, close to everything. The lady at the desk was very helpful finding a good spot to eat, and gave interesting information about the area.

Sound proofing between rooms is poor. You will hear any noise your neighbors make: TV, talking, etc.

The breakfast was outstanding. Very comfortable bed and the BEST towels I have ever had in a rented room in Europe. The young ladies looking after the breakfast room is a keeper, I say she should get a raise in pay! I arrived to the hotel about 2200 and expected a difficult check in,but everything went very smooth. I will definitely recommend to others pligrims starting their walk in Pamplona.

For getting an early start the breakfast starting at 0730 is a bit layr, but this is not a hostel.
