I chose this hotel purely for location to airport terminal, and this was perfect, a 5 min walk away. The hotel itself was a little dated and "tired" but the room was comfortable enough. The lady checking me in gave me a room at the end of the corridor when I asked for quiet room, thank you. She also gave me a few food items "to go" in a bag, as I was leaving well before breakfast started. When I arrived at 0645 earlier in the day, I obviously didn't want to check in but just wanted to leave my small bag...This proved impossible as reception area was deserted and nobody responded to the bell. Disappointing. There is some construction work very close by which looks like new airport train station...could be a problem in the future.

1. Great staff. Very responsive and pleasant to talk to. I am very grateful to Mrs. Olga and her colleague (unfortunately, I did not recognize her name) for the way they resolved all the issues that arose. 2. There is a restaurant in the hotel building with a very tasty and affordable menu. Great waiter. Very cultured. 3. Excellent location for those planning to use the airport. The hotel is located right next to it. 4. Perfect cleanliness in the room. There's simply nothing to complain about.

Sometimes it was a little noisy due to the fact that my room was right next to the reception.

The room was nice and clean , but didn't have heavy curtains to close the window for the nite and no small bed light beside the bed so only the main room switch light, I have to use on the phone flashlight.

In the shower rooms were the toilet,- all lights was on the timber and by the time I used the toilet outside the toilet light turned off and I nearly walked into the wall coming out of toilet.It was too dark to see where the switch to turn on the light.

Room was tidy and bed a bit hard, but comfortable. Breakfast tasted very good overall and had many varieties (fresh croissant, tomatoes, cucumber, butter, scrambled eggs with bacon, also toast bread and with ham and cheese). For our stay i unfortunatrly did not get the opportunity to ask about lalctose in these foods. But for a regular person without allergies it super.. and i could have asked this before hand as well. So staff and food were amazing overal..

Breakfast did not give options to have coffee with milk or separate some items (to give choice) in stay they asked if we want coffe with milk, my partner wanted but me no. Sadly the nice food lady did not hear it and took mine with milk too So it was in some aspects hard to communicate.

It was very close to the airport, you could walk or take a short cab ride if you have a lot of luggage or if it's rainy. We chose to stay here as we were flying out at different and odd times. I went late evening and took a cab; my boyfriend had an early morning flight and he just walked to the terminal. No issues on his return from dropping me off and when he left for his own flight. The lady at reception was friendly and gave a breakfast/snack bag for us when we told her we wouldn't be availing of breakfast. The room was simple, decent-sized and very clean. The bathroom was also clean and didn't feel cramped. Just what we needed for a few hours before our flight. Would stay again if we had to fly our early/late.

The hotel is within walking distance from the airport. I spent two nights in different cathegory rooms. The rooms were well-ordered and very clean. The internet was good. I was pleasantly surprised that it was silent despite the airport's vicinity. The lady at the reception was very kind, and friendly and offered good service.

The lack of good illumination of the hotel labels and the darkness on the outside part of the entrance. The hotel is within walking distance from the airport. However, it was difficult for me to find it at night because there was no bright label visible on the way. On the visible label was written HOTEL (without a name) and only the letters OTE were illuminated. The entrance of the hotel is on the side that is not visible from the airport. It also was relatively dark. There was no access to the hotel by car due to some reparation of the area between the hotel and the airport.

It really is close to the terminal, possibly more than 200 metres but who's counting? It's definitely only a 5 minute walk which is ideal if, like us, you've an 0600 flight in the morning! The reception was helpful and explained everything well, the room was freshly refurbished, as were the showers / toilets next door. Everything worked, everything was as expected.

It was all as stated on the booking. Maybe a touch overpriced for what we got, but airport hotels are like that everywhere.

The location was good (apart from the construction outside - no fault of the hotel). The room was excellent with plenty of storage and the bathroom was very bright. I guess most people only stay at an airport hotel for 1 night, but we stayed for 3 and it made an excellent base to explore Riga with a very good bus service to the city. We were pleasantly surprised and would definitely stay here again when we next come to Riga.

Just a couple of very minor points: The tea/coffee making facilities were appreciated but there was no milk for the tea and the only coffee sachets were sweetened - no good if you don't take sugar. The shower drained very slowly and I had so switch it off mid-shower so that it didn't overflow. There was no real choice at breakfast apart from tea/coffee and orange/apple juice. We enjoyed the breakfast but there were others who didn't

The Hotel had all that a traveler needs for one night: Fast and friendly check-in, spotlessly clean rooms, a warm shower, electric kettle, cups, teabags, drinking water (complimentary), fridge, and a good food menu. I eventually did not order food as I was very tired, but I definitely would have, the menu looked yummy and reasonable priced. Previous comments pointed out that the hotel has its age, but I want to add to that that it is really very well maintained, with a renovated bathroom, and very very clean.

I used this hotel with my partner to rest for a few hours in an overnight layover. It was just perfect for that! It was really less than a 10-minute walk from the airport. The room was super clean, the beds were comfortable and everything was easygoing. The toilet was fine. I didn't use the shower, so I can't evaluate it. I would certainly book it again in case I make another layover in Riga.

If you are a big person, I believe the bed will be too small for you. But maybe they have other options.
