We had a great night! We were greeted by wonderful staff. The breakfast was good as well. Also wanted to highlight the layout of the building and the rooms; I was pleasantly surprised by the private courtyard!

We checked in on the afternoon of the 9th and left for a ride around the city. We returned around 1 am on the 10th. The parking lot was almost full and we parked on the far right near the hotel staff door. In the morning we discovered a serious scratch on the bumper that cannot be removed by polishing. We don’t know how the damage occurred, either it was hit by a cart for carrying things, or a bus which was parked near us did not calculate the turn. Anyway, this was an upsetting discover :(

The hotel communicated with us promptly and offered information on driving directions, bus routes etc from the airport. The receptionist spoke English and the room was quiet and adequate. We didn't stay long enough to use facilities like the bar, snooker table, outside seating etc but they were available. Breakfast buffet was good and varied. Parking was almost full when we arrived so it's a popular hotel especially with local workers. Value for money was excellent.

The breakfast staff were not very responsive when items ran out. The building was a bit run down and the room furniture was quirkily outdated and basic however we thought that was fun for one night.

I stayed at this hotel the night between my two flights connecting to Riga. The hotel offers a relatively decent 3-star hotel quality for a low price. I can't make any comment on public transport, but by taxi/Bolt, it's not far from the airport. The receptionists were welcoming. I should also thank them for offering a takeaway breakfast because I had to check out way before 7 AM when the breakfast service in the restaurant starts. My room and the bathroom were clean and big enough. The A/C in the room was working perfectly. My bed was comfortable. The bathroom and the shower amenities were okay. For all of these plus the courteous note on my bed, I should thank Olga, the housekeeper I couldn't see, as well. :) The wireless Internet connection was working hassle-free. There were a kettle and a fridge in the room.

It's not a very important detail, but it could be fine to serve some tea/coffee on the table along with the kettle and glasses.

The lady at the reception really went the extra mile to take care of me. I was very poorly with bad cold, she helped me with my suitcase, and not only did I get a variety of breakfast packed in for me so I could rest, but she also offered to bring it to my room along with tea. The bed was king size, very comfortable, the place was clean, large and comfortable. Linen and pillows were good quality, I'm sensitive to a lot of fabrics but I these were excellent. Plenty of useful amenities, too, mini fridge, kettle etc. Heating system/vent with remote. Food was also good, simple continental, but good and plenty, both sweet and savory. Slept like a baby for 12 hours after long journey. Shower cabin was nice and big, compared to many. I also got to check out later, 2 h. Bit of extra charged but so worth it. Definitely recommend.

There was some strong cleaning liquid smell when I entered but I got rid of it fast by opening the window. For a big and tall person, the blankets were short and narrow, but I crisscrossed them so that worked. Water in the shower took a little to turn warm but not annoyingly so.

It’s a very clean and well run hotel with a good location (altough it’s on the opposite side of the river, nearby public transportation will get you in Old Riga in a few minutes). Situated on a quiet area, near university campus, the hotel has well-sized rooms, a very good staff (from the reception to the cleaning) and a decent choice of breakfast. Not forgetting the important free parking.

The only thing I didn’t like was not the hotel or it’s staff fault: extensive construction works on the street (and all over Riga) had some Impact on the guests access.

Nice hotel with convenient free parking and only a 16 minute drive to the airport, which is our main reason for choosing it. We had to check out very early and we were given 2 large containers of breakfast food to go. It had boiled eggs, meats, cheese, bread and vegetables. Certainly exceeded my expectation and was greatly appreciated. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

Room was clean and very comfy. The staff was also lovely. Both girl and boy at the desk were super sweet ❤️( they even helped me with printing boarding cards with pleasure and were super attentive ) Breakfast was alsoo delicious. Coffee was superb. Location was bit hard to find but once u find it, u will never want to leave. Everything is green outside. Those who like calm place will love it. ❤️ The clean lady was alsooo very lovely. I think her name is Olga. Oh and WIFI was very good too!!! See you again!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The staff managed to surprise us with the room - quiet and with nice garden view. No climbing the stairs, the best evening staff I could deal with. Our requests were fulfilled with no questions asked.

It actually does not depend on hotel, but it was a bit tricky to arrive on car, just because the city Riga has decided to renovate the tram rails and street in front of the hotel and the way to drive to hotel car park was ... not so good.

I like that the personnel is helpful and always ready to solve any problems as a frequent traveller breakfast works well for me.

There are some renovating going on, but in the end it does not bother me.

Quite worn-out, but clean and cozy room with a satellite TV. It was smart from the personnel to automatically prepare a standing fan since I was there during hot days. Rich breakfasts. Only few steps from the tram stop. Kind receptionists. They locked my bag securely the last day after checkout while I was waiting for my plane, so I could go for one more trip.

There was some noise from the corridor and the neighboring rooms, because the walls are probably made of something like plasterboard. Fortunately the other guests where well-behaved people. One day water was really rusty.
