We stayed for a week and I must say it was just perfect. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. They really make you feel at home. The kitchen is delicious. We tried all of their breakfast and loved every single one. The location is great it's a 15 minute walk to El Centro and it's far enough for you to be able to sleep and rest without any noise. If ever you have any questions for restaurants or food. Tere who is one of the receptionist is great for suggestions on where to go. She has the scoop on great restaurants that are local and delicious. I will definitely be returning. I will refer anyone who asks because they all made our stay great.

The privacy, security, and attention provided by the staff was exceptional! Breakfast was delicious and personalized each day. Cleanliness was exemplary, coffee was good in the room, free purified water and refrigerator made stay easy. Close to drug store, shopping, great restaurants! I felt I was with family who gave me lots of privacy:-) A friend was unsatisfied with her hotel and got a room here and loved it too.

No instructions for using the television... but that kept me from watching it, so I'm actually glad.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. Everything was extremely clean. Whoever came to clean our room did a great job at making sure everything was in order. Carlos at the front desk was so friendly and always made sure we had what we needed. The walk to the centro was about 15 minutes depending on how quickly you walked so the location was good. If you want to be seconds away from where all the action is, maybe stay in el centro, but this location allowed us to get away from the busy-ness of the city center while still being close enough to join in all of the fun. We moved to a different accommodation after staying at the hotel for a few nights, but we wished we would have just stayed at Los Cantaros the whole time. 👍🏼

Very Secure, felt safe. staff were great. great location. Significantly better to stay here than at some of the more expensive hotels outside the city because there aren’t as many Taxis out there. the rooms were clean and they also had breakfast available if you wanted in the morning for an extra charge.

This small hotel is in a great location for accessing all Oaxaca has to offer to the visitor. It is away from the hubbub enough to be very quiet at night. We had a lovely large room, upstairs, with a kitchen of sorts which provided all we needed, although we did purchase our own kitchen towel. The bed was very comfortable. There were quite a few pieces of wooden furniture in the room, but really no dresser for unpacking. There was a wardrobe for hanging clothes. The staff at this hotel are very welcoming and helpful. Adriana, the front desk woman/manager even fixed the plugged sink drain herself! Even though there was no safe in the room, this hotel felt very secure, as the front doors are always locked and one must be buzzed in.

We needed a dresser or shelves to put our non hanging clothes on. Instead we stacked and hung clothes over or on top of furniture.

Location was great. We had a kitchen and made our own breakfast. The window in the kitchen was the best!

The kitchen was ok… but could have been better. Outside of the bed and the kitchen table, The closet was terrible and did not function well. There was an old very ugly and worn out couch that was really not needed. Very bad. We had to cover it with an extra blanket. We could not park in the parking lot for our first three days. That was disappointing because it was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. Our last 2 days there was room for our car. That was bad.

There was no breakfast included due to Covid. Unfortunately but they told me it used to be really good.

The first room was not good, very hot with an old aircon that made a huge amount of noise. The second room I moved to was perfect.
