Everything!! The staff was so very friendly and helpful, with whatever I was asking of them.

The Parking Fee , I feel I’ve already spent a good amount of money to stay there and then at checkout I was advised there was a fee. I feel it’s a disservice to charge people who are wanting to stay at your facility. Parking should be free.

Everything was great

The whole facility was always clean. It was located right on the beach. It provided good breakfast. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Most beautiful sunrise.

The recommendations I have are very few. They need a hose to sit outside for rinsing off sand. What was provided did not really get off all the sand from beach chairs and other objects. I would also suggest maybe a way for guest to purchase food or water there for lunch.-dinner. The facility needs more parking.

I loved that it wasn't crowded, everyone was pleasant and we had everything we needed in our room. Rooms were clean and very spacious! Pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub. Gettiing to and from the beach was easy so was parking!!

Unfortunately our last night there was ruined by a couple not so great people that were acting inappropriate in the pool area and it ruined our last night there. I was sad to see them continue to be able to utilize the pool area even after their poor behavior was brought to the staffs attention not to mention my children witnessing things they shoudlnt have that had taken place in a public pool. I would have liked to see them kicked out if I hadnt been from out of state I would have called police and had charges pressed. I feel the staff should have done the same as well.

Where do I start. I wished I had booked more than one night here. The hotel itself was very clean. The room was sort of small for a suite, but we got an ocean view room with balcony, that was a plus! Glad we did. Room was very clean and smelled good. The hotel is right on the beach and that was convenient. Breakfast was your average continental breakfast, just fine with us. We walked to a restaurant down the street, Riptides, it was okay. I was expecting a better selection of seafood. We took a walk on the beach the next morning before we left. I think I found where I'll retire! Overall, it was a relaxing one-night stay on our way to Disney World.

Had issues with room cards/keys due to the internet security issues going on. Had to have staff open the door to your room each time you had to go back in. I didn't know we had to pay for parking/per day. It should be included in the stay in my opinion, but I guess I missed the fine print when I booked. The pool was pretty disgusting. Water was very dirty and very warm(?), odd, but alas, we were there for the beach.

It was clean and the pool area was nice.

I was shocked to see the pet area. it was so small and there wasn’t any grass, just mulch/bark. My little chihuahua had a hard time walking on it. Very disappointing at the lack of thought for our pets.

The room was spacious and clean, smelled really clean. The room was equipped with a small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. Also dishes and silverware. The view from the ocean front balcony was amazing. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

They charged me for parking, which was not disclosed properly. On their website it says "personal parking (there may be a charge). On Booking.com where I made my reservation it only stated "personal parking: no reference whatsoever about charging for parking. I think this to be properly disclosed so that we know exactly who much the final bill is. I didn't know I was charged for parking until I saw the charge that was put on my credit card on the day I checked out.

don’t like to said bad things because we enjoyed a lot the ocean view, pool, room etc, but One in my family this time needed to have access to the beach but I couldn’t see any ramp to go down safely, so we had to give so much help to get her down step by step through the stairs to let her at least touch the sand, but that was the only thing.

This hotel was amazing and the cleanest beachfront I’ve ever seen.

I didn’t like that there were additional fees once I was checking in (ex. Parking) it’s not a big deal but I wish it had of been told to me upfront

The breakfast was great! Everything was satisfactory!

The communication upon checking in at the front desk I gave a wrong credit card and realized and gave the right one but the clerk which I thought corrected it but she didn’t so after a day I noticed it so I went and spoke to someone else at the desk he claimed he fixed it but when I got home I saw it was deducted from my first payment. So I think at the front desk a bit more attention should be made. Because this mistake messed up my account.
