The location is really nice. Large rooms (really recommended those with view on Donau river!). Staff team is really professional and helpful. Breakfast is large and various and I am sure it satisfies all tastes. In 15 mins walking you are downtown. If you like running, a nice route on foot and by bike is available along the Donau river, next to the hotel. If you prefer, a furnished gym and a swimming pool are also available in the hotel with an extra.

Pillows are too much soft for me, but I did not ask at the reception if they had any others. The shower system is cutting edge due to the possibility of choosing the temperature but it is not possible to regulate the flow of water.

It is a big hotel with banquet halls. We booked a spacious room on the 9th floor with Danube view, which is nice any time of the day, be it a sunset or sunrise. Breakfast is excellent - a lot of choices, everyone can find something (even champagne).

Unfortunately despite having 3 elevators, only one or two are in operation. We stayed on the upper floor and had to wait for quite some time to get down for breakdown in the morning. One day my wife asked twice to bring s bed sheet to our room and leave it on the bed, while we were absent. It did not happen and had to ask about it again in the evening. Parking costs 18 euro per day, which is somewhat pricey.

I thought that everything was magnificent. This was my first-time visiting Germany and I had so much fun. The food at your hotel was just stellar, fresh and very tasty as there were some dishes that I had never eaten before and I enjoyed them all. The hotel people were so nice and helpful with answering me and my colleagues questions and they provided guidance with calling a taxi service each day for our business meetings and provided great restaurant recommendations other than the hotel restaurant. Also, the room and the bed were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again if I were to visit the city of Ulm.

Very nice and spatious room, all clean. Very good breakfast, of excellent variety of assortments and dishes. Tasty coffee and tea selection. Very friendly front desk staff, always smiling and wellcoming. Underground garage with enough parking place. Will come back again!

non-adjustable water pressure under the shower - so high, that half of the bathroom is immediately splashed. Hotel asks for sustainability and water care, but the shower goes full-throtle only, ... funny :D

It is on the Danube w And we biked from the train station and rode thru the town and over to river. We loved the ride here. Hotel is ultra modern but rooms and shower is digital. So cool! I didn’t realize that there was an overhead rain shower as out squirted hose first. When I hit it twice I was suddenly under a waterfall— loved it.

Just that it is a huge hotel and a bit outside the city vibe. But it was really only a short ten or so minute walk back to city. I wish hotel windows were ceiling to floor!

The Staff is very good. My luggage was blocked at the airport and has been deliver during my absence. A small word has been put in my door to inform that I can pickup my luggage. A top would be to put my luggage directly in my room.

The cost of the Fitness (5 euro per day) is a bit expensive. For a this kind a hotel, a deposit of 20 euro for the acces badge or a total free access would be good.

Our first time in a Maritim hotel was a great experience. Spacious room with a big, comfy bed. We were given a choice between Donau or city view when checking in. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Hotel is located in a quiet area and both new and old town can easily be reached on foot, old town is a short walk alongside the Donau. One night we stayed in and had a drink in the Piano Bar and dinner in the restaurant, both very good.

Ok, its easy, this hotel was for me and my wife one of the best of our life. We were so happy so see this bottle of win as a gift for our wedding anniversary, a so sweet touch. The Food of the breakfast, just Perfect, the personal huge thank you for your politeness. Really if you have to stop in this very nice german city stop at the Maritim Hotel Ulm.... you will also enjoy (as we done) the pool

We were in transit, we stayed only for a night and left very early in the morning, but the room was comfortable, clean and the view was nice. We were travelling with our dog and we really appreciated how pet friendly the hotel was, we found 2 dog bowls, a dog blanket and dog treats in the room 😁 there are EV chargers in the underground parking, if you need them. The hotel is close to city center, we could walk there to get dinner without issues.

The hotel was very good, excellent breakfast with a glass of champagne in the morning 😏 and very big choice of food, comfortable big bad and the view to Donau was breathtaking.

You need to do something with your piano bar (some kind of a hospitality training) but with such an attitude to clients I hope it will be bankrupt soon. So the recommendation is if you are in Ulm, there are much more warmer, cozier and nicer places than piano bar, don't go to the piano bar 😄
