Very comfortable bed. Good shower with lovely toiletries. Friendly and very helpful staff. Beautifully presented breakfast buffet and excellent service. Perfect location for exploring the old town. Loved the excellent and efficient valet parking service (15 euro per day), made coming and going so easy! Had difficulty fitting our continental plug adapter into the sockets so advisable to bring an Italian 3-prong adapter if you have one.
Pillows could be softer. Very happy with everything else!

Delicate smell of the shower soap. Extremely dogfriendly. Friendly staff. Excellent chocolate cake with nuts,very good breakfast. Antique elements included in the modern renovation make your room unique
Difficult to find if you don't take the good exit on the highway. View is spoiled by the proximity of other buildings.

This hotel is in a beautiful building. It is also environmentally conscious, for example, toiletries were in the "pump" formats to reduce waste, coffee pods were made of paper, the trash bag was made of paper. The food choices for breakfast were also extremely varied and offered many healthy options. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

No USB ports in the room. The front street was under construction, making access difficult, but the staff was very accommodating.

The location was perfect. Walking distant to all the piazzas, restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was plentiful and a beautiful area indoor and outdoor to enjoy your meal. We used the complimentary bikes to ride the streets of Ascoli. It was so cool to ride a bike in Italy, a bucket list item for me. 🚲 ✅ Staff were very friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to start our trip to Italy.
Sadly the spa was closed due to Covid

the rooms were a bit too small with no work space so I couldn’t work in the morning while my partner was sleeping.
