The hotel was very clean and well presented the staff very pleasant and helpful someone there 24 hours a day restaurant was comfortable large selection of breakfast items to choose from well cooked and hot .bar is reasonable prices and meals which were cooked fresh and smelt delicious. Ideal location for South or Central not far from promenade or walk up the carpark to central parking available lovely view of the pitch in pitch view rooms lovely good working shower bath etc we really enjoyed our 2 night stay secure at night intercom to get in .brilliant

Nothing everything was great

- Room was spacious and clean - Staff were really kind and helpful - Breakfast and dinner were amazing - No hassle, nobody comes into your room without you asking - Heating and air conditioning controls in room! - Pitch view from room is super unique! - Noise is minimal We had a great time and just want to thank all the staff for making our trip a great one! Pitch view was definitely a highlight, along with the breakfasts and dinners. Overall would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Fabulous location, great view of pitch! Food was absolutely fabulous from dinner night before and to breakfast in morning! I have celiac disease and the servers and head chef/cooks could not be more accommodating at breakfast time… the night before was easier for me to choose as there was a menu I could choose from that had a menu but in the morning it was self serve the head chef came out and personally helped me with what choices were safe for me and even went to extra lengths so I could have gluten free sausages and bread! overall very very happy! and would come again!

Amazing staff. 10/10 More than made up for the few things which could be listed as cons. It is always so nice to have positive and professional staff to interact with. Absolutely brilliant - everyone at reception and the restaurant!

1. The free WiFi is a *#@#& JOKE! Every time you try to connect you have to send (your) data to a 3-rd party. Extremely annoying. You cannot afford to do that in 2024! Radisson, we have come to expect better! Yes, you can say - just use 4G/5G. What if you are vising from the EU and data roaming in the UK after Brexit costs an arm and a leg??? You would expect to have some decent connectivity to the Internet in the hotel at least... NOPE!!! 2. Breakfast is just ... okay. Nothing to write songs about. You could use a continental option, not just the UK one.

Where can I start? The view from the room was amazing. The kids loved being able to see the football pitch and were mesmerised by the sprinklers. The staff the staff in the restaurant were some of the most helpful people I have met. They made sure my children were looked after and didn't mind that they were fussy eaters. They made the food to how the children wanted. It was made even better for the kids when the youth/academy team came in. Couldn't have wanted any more. Thank you

Only thing was the fire alarm test as we weren't made aware of it, so we were on our way down to evacuate, when the tannoy said fire test completed. But other than that nothing else.

We have an assistance dog called Princess and have always had issues with hotels and we were soon surprised by the fact the staff were soon good with her. From the receptionist on arrival to the security guard who has to put up with us taking hernfor a walk at 3am to the cleaner who was.givinf us tips where to take her , allnof them made our getaway after a very hars six weeks extremely special and stress free. Both myself and my partner are autistic and we had an amazing time down soley to the staff and the hotels facilities. I simply cannot recommend enough if you are travelling with a four legged friend.

We loved being able to see the ground from our room. The Corner Flag bar/restaurant was beautiful with a very good breakfast. Quite reasonably priced for food and drinks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good location for the water park and pleasure beach.

Our bathroom door wouldn't close, there was someone's false nail left on the carpet, make-up/tan mark fingerprints on the bathroom door and one of the coffee cups was dirty. The windows was also very dirty. I wouldn't normally complain too much about these things but expected a higher standard because of the cost.

We stayed in the room with view to the stadium and Blackpool Tower in the distance, so at night we could see it changing the colors over the town. Room was spacious and super clean - extra points for cleaning team - they are doing great job! Extra kudos for milk provided - first hotel ever where there was just enough for us so we didn't have to ask for extra! Breakfast was really lovely, cooked to perfection what's important as it sets you off for the day. Sausages especially were full of taste :) Reception staff has kindly allowed us to leave the car in the car park after check out time with no extra charge - thank you!

I understand that for safety reasons windows in rooms with view to stadium cannot be open fully when the match is not on, but it would be nice to still be able to open them slightly to let the fresh air in. Unfortunately it felt like they had some sort of blockade to prevent from it. Walls are not very well soundproofed so expect to hear other families around you.

The staff are very friendly specially the breakfast waitin on staff. The view at breakfast was really good with enough tables to get a good view whilst tucking into a full english freshly prepared by the kitchen staff. The room was big enough for 4 of us nice calm relaxing room with a good night sleep. Would highly recommend

Bit dated. Not able to watch the match from window with ticket purchase big let down with having disabilities and a son with asd we didn't get to make it past half time unfortunately due to having enter the stadium

Very engaged , friendly and helpful staff, from the evening staff on reception and check in to the morning catering staff at breakfast. It's the first time I have stayed at a hotel based in a football stadium, and - although not a "normal " hotel in a lot of ways, it was a genuinely enjoyable experience, and - yes - If I need another stay over in Blackpool , I would be happy to stay here.

I think most people who have visited Blackpool in recent years would say it's not the place they remember from summer holidays with their family as children.. The streets surrounding the stadium are pretty run down and my partner was not a happy chappy when we ventured out to find a store / supermarket for snacks and wine ( we arrived fairly late at the venue and the catering had finished )
