Hotel EROS is the hotel where we experienced one the best customer service! Exceptional staff, sensitive attitude towards the guest, attention to details! The hotel offers a free transfer, which is very convenient, upon check-in, we were immediately given a tour of the hotel and provided with full information about the hotel, beaches, facilities,, excursions, car rental, etc. The hotel has an incredible location - at the foot of a breathing volcano, a stone's throw from the beach where you get the opportunity to swim in cold and warm waters due to the volcanic gases that come to the surface (but be careful - the hot outflows can be hot), the incredible color of the water - turquoise, black volcanic sand, and volcano that looks at you and on the slopes of which, if you look closely, you can see a heart! I highly recommend renting a car and driving around the island and enjoy breathtaking views (one of them is Capo Grillo) from which, as someone wrote in the reviews, you can die! Delicious food is a separate great story. The hotel has its own beach and all the necessary equipment - everything is nearby. There is a nice pool. A large selection of breakfasts, very tasty. The aesthetics of the hotel deserve a special word - attention to detail - majolica tiles, a beautiful lobby, a lot of greenery on the hotel territory - everything makes the hotel cozy and a place where you want to return. Hotel Eros made our honeymoon an unforgettable experience! Traveling as a newly married couple with family, we were looking for something truly special, and Hotel Eros went above and beyond. From the moment we arrived, the staff treated us with such warmth and kindness, making us feel like cherished guests. They even surprised us with a romantic welcome in our room, complete with flowers and a lovely note—a thoughtful touch that made us feel celebrated. Our room was beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views that added a magical touch to each morning. The comfort and attention to detail in the room were top-notch, and we appreciated the luxurious amenities. The hotel’s dining options were fantastic, offering fresh and delicious meals that everyone in our group loved. Breakfast each day was a treat, with so many options to start our day off right. The staff truly made the difference. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, whether it was arranging a day trip, recommending local spots, or simply making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The staff here are absolutely amazing, we were immediately made to feel like VIPs. The layout of the hotel was great for us as you don't feel at all crowded in with other guests. The rooms are nicely spaced out and offer a nice feeling of privacy. The pool is bigger than it looks in the pictures and perfectly clean and maintained at all times. Some people might worry about the volcanic smell of sulphur but we never had that within the hotel, we only noticed the smell once we got closer to the port which is about a 5 minute walk away. Cannot recommend this place enough, of all the places I've stayed, this is the one that I would be happy to book again. The breakfast was delicious and varied, changing slightly each day. The lunch menu was also very impressive, we had lunch at the hotel most days. Really easy access to both beaches. Just overall perfect, no complaints!

We were met at the port and driven the short way to the hotel and driven back at the end of our stay. All staff were friendly and helpful. We had a comfortable room with two little terraces. The hotel is set in lovely gardens which open directly onto the beach which has warm water and natural bubbles from the volcano. A short walk in the other direction takes you to a black sand beach. When we swam there in the mornings (early October) we were the only people in the sea. As well as the beaches the hotel has a pleasant pool area. The staff arranged for us to hire a car for the day which was brought to the hotel for us and picked up from the hotel car park. If you are able to, don't miss walking up the volcano (open early mornings or late afternoons). The breakfast is excellent. All in all this is an amazing place to stay.

We loved the view of the volcano and the proximity to the beach. The hotel was beautifully furnished. The toiletries were great. The breakfast was excellent. My rings got tarnished due to the sulphur in the sea, and they kindly cleaned them for me.. The swimming pool feels like spring water, very soft and clean, without chemicals.

Its was a shame that they didn't do food in the evenings as it was difficult to find a good place to eat .

The staff was very welcoming and we felt taken care of. Hotel is very nice, with beautiful interior in traditional style and terraces, it's very calm and you can really enjoy nature. Breakfast was delicious, with a big choice of local products. It is situated perfectly for exploring the island, between two best beaches, and there is a private entrance to one of them. The staff was helping us with everything and even came to meet us at the port when we arrived. The nature around is beautiful, and restaurants are nearby. We definitely can recommend this place!

The rooms are situated on the first floor, and the property is surrounded by nature, so be aware of moschito bites.

This is the best place we have ever stayed. You don’t need to look anywhere else in Vulcano. The location is unmatched with a direct view of the volcano and you’re also right next to the beach. The staff are amazing, we felt sad to leave them because they were so friendly and accommodating, we genuinely miss them and we can’t wait to go back and see them again. They made the experience of staying in Vulcano special and they will always have a place in our hearts. I am gluten free, the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was catered for, I’ve never stayed anywhere before that take it so seriously and make sure you don’t miss out on anything. The staff have left such an impact on us in a way that has never happened before.

Everything was perfect for us and I do not know where to start from. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they were always there for us. Also, Lorena is a wonderful person, she recommended us where to go to dinner and what we must see on the island, she arranged a car rental for us and she was always taking care of the guests. The hotel is very beautiful and very romantic. It has a pool, beautiful gardens, terraces and also a place with sunbeds next to the beach where you can see the Vulcano while relaxing. Also, the hotel is next to the both main beaches with dark sand and hot waters. It was the perfect holiday and we cannot wait to go back <3

everything was perfect

This was such an incredible hotel. What made it MOST incredible was the staff. From the breakfast staff, to the car driver to the front desk staff, they are so incredibly warm, sweet, helpful, professional. I was actually a little sad to leave mainly because of them. They were so amazing to my son, that he misses them too. I spent my bday here and they really went OUT OF THEIR WAY to make it an incredible birthday. They TRULY understand what it means to be in the hospitality business. The owner needs to give them all a raise!!! Also, the location is beyond perfect! I highly recommend this hotel when visiting Vulcano.

The heart of hotel Eros is the staff. As I read in other reviews, it is quite accurate that Lorena and Stefania will do anything they can to make you have a pleasant stay. The same counts for the other staff members, but I have never seen anything in comparison to the kindness of Lorena and Stefania and their commitment to providing a happy and pleasant stay for the guests . Thank you for the fantastic and relaxing experience. We stayed for 4 days in Vulcano, but there is enough to do on the Island to stay even longer. Hotel Eros is located well and very well maintained. Definitly recommend this place.
