Spacious and comfortable room. Lovely pool, garden and lounge. Good location near food.

I wanted to book 2 extra days at the hotel after staying overnight and the front desk would not do so. I was told I had to complete this online and book it myself. Also I need to book a taxi for the airport for my departure day and again, that was something the front desk would not assist me with. Nor would they recommend anything other than Uber. I wanted a taxi and they gave me a business card for cab service in Toronto even though I was staying in ATLANTA! No really sure the purpose of the Front Desk in that hotel? This "self-service" approach is not appealing.

I really liked the staff and location of the hotel. The appearance of this location was pretty good and clean.

I really wish there was Continental Breakfast was included with the price for the hotel instead of having to pay for a pretty expensive buffet breakfast. The toilet gave an issue of not flushing tissue down unless you held the handle a good amount of time .

The parking was great and the cost is not too expensive. The room was very spacious and clean and had everything that was needed inside the room. Most importantly, the bathroom was very clean and to my standards,

Maintenance was remodeling the top floor and it caused the water not to be hot like expected. The air was not cold as normal, but I do understand that the hotel was having some repairs done.

We had booked a 2 queen room, but when we checked in they had overbooked and those rooms were not available. They gave us instead a king room with a pull out sofa, which worked fine for our children. They also waived the daily parking fee because it was their mistake. The ladies at the desk were very kind and helpful. We were in town because of a volleyball tournament downtown. We haven't had good experiences staying downtown so we chose to stay in this area, only a 20 min drive downtown. Close to restaurants. Only a mile and a half from Truist Park...you can see the Friday night fireworks from the hotel. We were very pleased with our stay.

The breakfast was excellent. Felt it should have been included for price. The room was so comfortable! I like getting In pool. The front desk staff were great.

I like getting in pool but pool was filthy. I think property should have been more on point for the price. . Was alot of debris in pool. Only on last day had a bad experience with bar staff in regards to ordering food. Should didn't end my trip good. Was extremely pissed and upset. Just couldn't believe her.

We have been here many times in the last ten years and it is always a pleasure to greet long time staff members.While still an amazing bang for the buck, all agreed that the place was getting in need of some serious renovations. It is still terrific and hardly “seedy”. It’s just time.

The Bartender/ all the other hats he wore was the best! Lawrence was welcoming, efficient, attentive, and all around awesome! He was the highlight of my trip! The Waitress at breakfast was really nice. Front desk staff was welcoming.

I didn’t like that by 10:45am there was no more coffee. Just decaf; and they wouldn’t make anymore. The shower pressure wasn’t the best. You could see the repairs done to the bathroom. It could use an upgrade; especially for the price.

The reception area and first floor bar and dining room was laid out to take advantage of beautiful landscaping with the waterfall and the pool beyond. Took away the feeling of being in the city. Our King suite was large and clean, and we enjoyed the use of it very much.

Pay for parking seems unnecessary

Clean and quiet. Front desk people were very nice.

The key card reader to exit the parking took multiple swipes to get to work sometimes. Always ended up working but it would flash red a few times first. Not a huge deal at all, but maybe worth looking at.

My family and our room so much. It was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly also

I wished that the bar would have stayed open longer. We came in one night after 10 pm and it was closed. I would have been a better experience if it stayed open at least til 12 a.m on a Saturday night
