Breakfast was OK. Hotel looks new, modern and clean.

The outrageous 24 per night for parking for guests of the hotel.

Location was good, very clean, loved the bed! I’m trying to find out if I can buy that same mattress for myself! It was nice having the shuttle at the Marriott next door to get to and from the Braves game! All the staff was very nice!

I didn’t like the fact that we were given a total price for the room when it was booked through booking.com, but then you added $24.00 a night parking fee. That should have been disclosed up front and included in the total price. Seems a little sneaky! You ask that we re-use our towels, but don’t provide many places to hang them up to dry! Air conditioner is only about 3 ft from the bed and blows across the bed when running! It would be nice if it was diverted more away from the bed.

Breakfast was good. I would like to have seen a few more kid friendly options such as more variety of fruit, some cereal choices, pastry choices. The only fruit offered was oranges so my grandson, who doesn't eat much in the mornings, actually went up to our room and got a banana that I brought. He would have eaten cereal probably if that had been an option.

The room was very nice and comfortable. We didn't particularly care for the location of the bathroom in the middle of the room though. It would have been nice to have a little more privacy in that area. Not a fan of the barn door closure either.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The place felt safe, and the beds were comfortable.

We had to move rooms twice because of plumbing issues. On the first occasion, we were late to an event due to the move. The second move was done to plumbing issues as well, and the family would have been separated, so I ended up staying in the room with my family, not even using the other room. They did discount me $50 for both occasions, I do feel that could a little better. Overall, we had a great time and plan to book again next year.

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. The people doing the food were great. Kept food things full. They were very personable and friendly.

Really my only complaint was that it was a little hard to find the first night, and I feel it was totally unreasonable to charge $24 per night per car for parking. Although the parking lot had gates, they were not always closed. There was also another way to get into the parking lot, so it was not totally secure. I wasn't the only one that night at check in that was displeased with the cost of parking.

I love the spacious rooms with a proper working desk. I stay at this hotel for work.

I wish the hotel had a restaurant. For a business hotel, it would be most welcome.

The room was spacious, very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The location to Truist Park was also a big plus the walk wasn’t bad at all.

The only complaint we had about the room ( and it’s a very minor one) was the door to the bathroom wouldn’t lock and the drain on the shower was very slow to drain so while showering you were standing in a good amount of water. Neither would stop us from staying again though as we had a good experience overall.

I want to express how wonderful it was the check-in process at this location, after long hours waiting in the airport for our flight from Detroit to ATL. We got at the hotel at 3am, and Adam was very welcoming and made the entire check in process really quick and efficient. The breakfast is really good and it is so close to the Truist Park, easy access to the freeways too. This place has 5 starts on my booking log now.

There is nothing to add here, it was a perfect staying and good time in Atlanta.

Breakfast was great, a variety to choose from! Very very clean rooms, very well stocked. Location great, events, shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, pharmaceutical all within a 3 mile ratios. Oh did i mention for your evening relaxation enjoy a glass of whatever you drink at the bar or around the fire pit outside. Alex the bar tender makes your stay feel right at home. Thank you for this wonderful experience. See you next year!

I have no dislikes

The friendliness and concern of the staff. The woman ( much younger than either of us) who checked us in and dealt with a couple of other situations was exceptional.

I'd like to have had a choice of biscuits or toast on the breakfast menu. Nothing wrong with the bagels and muffins, but a couple of other options would be nice. The air conditioner for our room or a nearby room was noisy on one occasion each night we stayed. The room remained comfortable, but the noise interfered with sleep.
