The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculately clean!!

Had a dog in a room nearby (upstairs) bark for a good 5 minutes at 6am the final morning of our stay. Bed wasn't as comfortable as ones we've experienced at similar price-tiered hotels. What fool decided that the TV should NOT be in direct line with the bed, head-to-foot...but instead should be at a 45 degree angle from anyone in bed?

The location was exactly what I needed. Just off the interstate and just a mile from highway 60 that I needed the next morning to get on my way. The motel was so very clean. I felt very comfortable. It was a full breakfast and very tasty and the COVID protocols were followed. My room was clean and quiet. I was on the top floor. The staff were very pleasant and friendly.

It was one of the best stays I ever had. The check-in was easy and very courteous. The beds were the most comfortable I've slept on. Breakfast was furnished and the ladies would check to make sure the food was OK and to make sure the food was to our satisfaction. I could not ask for a better stay anywhere.

Quick check in was great. The facility is nicely decorated. There were plenty of plug-ins in the room. The comforter was soft and cozy.

The pillows were all really flat and small, I wish there were more choices. The air conditioner in our room was really loud! The blow dryer was terrible. The parking in the front is also very limited. There were a few hairs here and there that were left behind that were from a previous guest.

super friendly staff, knew a lot about the area. hotel was very clean, entire building smelled good! great facilities, great breakfast, treats for guests. staff went out of their way to make guests comfortable. quiet, safe area. great stay. we will use Hampton again!

Everything! Staff was most gracious. Hotel was very clean! Complimentary breakfast was the best of any Hampton Inn's I've been to with more variety as well. And the rates were completely reasonable. I will stay there again when in Springfield and highly suggest you do too!

The free breakfast was very good on our first morning The 2nd morning there was no biscuits or gravy. Some type of egg omelet. French toast sticks.

The hotel seemed short staffed (which I think is occurring everywhere). When we asked for clean towels at the front desk in the morning before we left for the day, there were still not clean towels in our room in the evening when we got back. The staff at the front desk was always helpful when we went back down later to ask for more towels.

This is a very clean hotel with a great breakfast

The pool water was cloudy and the smell of chlorine was pretty strong - detectable from way down the hall.

Breakfast was great! Room was super clean!! Would stay again for sure!
