Breakfast was always a good part of our day, being on the side of the road wasn't the place we usually stay and was noisy with traffic through the night, there should be signs on each floor to tell people to be quiet when walking through the hallways as not everyone likes to be awaken by loud talkers. have some consideration for others in the hotel, loud kids talking to others and even adults need to be reminded too. we enjoy the hotel for going to Wasaga beach every day.
Inconsiderate people talking loud through the hallways in the morning, being on the side of the road as its a noisy room all day. The pool wasn't working on our first day which was the 16 of july or 17 and then never had a chance to use it if it was working after that.

Loved the location of the hotel, in relation to the beaches we went to. Had a great buffet that kept changing. Staff were attentive and friendly. Indoor pool was great for the kids on a rainy day. Indoor courtyard was a great space to connect with my family. This is an older hotel, which means more space in each room! I always appreciate a clean hotel stay, and it was clean. Thanks!
I did not care for the coffee or tea. It was never really hot. Always luke warm. Lol. Maybe older serving containers lost heat faster? Tim Hortons is just down the road, so we walked there. Nothing else to say really.

Room was huge and very comfortable (slightly dated decor if that matters to you, but we didn't mind). Communal areas were smart and up-to-date and very attractive, with the main breakfast room featuring tiers of terraced dining areas overlooking the little swimming pool, with plenty of light and lots of plants to give it a nice ambiance. Breakfast was lovely, with a wide range of options including two waffle makers to make your own on the spot. Complimentary coffee and tea was available for much of the day in the front lobby. Also a coffee maker in the room. Loads of parking.
A kettle would have suited us better than a one-cup coffee maker and the light in the main room was rather dim but both things seem to be standard in all accommodation so it's a very minor point.

This hotel is a large older hotel with minimal staff. The pool area was a highlight so it was sad to see that they didnt sweep or clean it each evening. It was obvious they didnt have enough cleaning staff on site as it was the front desk staff that came to close the pool area down with locking it but the same debris was there the next day (balls of hair and misc. items left by guests). The breakfast was great and the only thing I would have to comment on for this hotel is the need to clean the common areas of traffic daily other than just the rooms. Its a stunning structure and open dining area
I would stay here again as we enjoyed it and they offered all the basics that most hotels offer.

We had a King room. It was very quiet and the beds were really really comfortable. The room size was very decent. In fact i think this was about the quietest hotel i have ever stayed in, helped by the bathroom wall separating the sleeping area from the door. Breakfast included hot eggs sausages etc, fruits yohurt, cereals bagels and more and good coffee. There is an on site restaurant but as late arrivals on Friday it was fully reserved, so plan ahead if you want a meal on a weekend. We ate at Moms restaurant a few minutes away and the food and ambience there was great. The hotel is close to everything, in a short car ride. There is a large indoor pool at the hotel, but we had no time to try it out. It looked great. Lots of parking available. TV channel selection seemed to be limited, so check this out more thoroughly if you plan to watch lots of TV.

The room we booked, was large and nicely located on the top floor. The swimming pool is located in the atrium, which gives it a good vibe. The breakfast is also served in the atrium, and a lot of seating locations are available to enjoy the breakfast. Also the provided options during the breakfast is more than sufficient. Also washing and dryer machines are available for the guests, for only 2 CAD. The location of the hotel is not in the city center, but it is close to shops and restaurants.

The room and hallways were exceptionally clean and fresh. Additionally we had breakfast and went in the pool: both amenities were in great condition and clean. It was nice that the staff were genuinely polite and pleasant.
Everything thing was fine. If there is one area to critique it’s probably the breakfast option but honestly this is inly me as an individual. Everyone around me seemed to enjoy it as it was full of options and variety. My diet is restricted as I have high cholesterol.

The price was good, the beds and pillows were comfortable, I liked and it made things easier with breakfast included and great selection, the pool was a hit with the kids, the location was good, the fact there were laundry facilities was a bonus. The times for the breakfast, pool, laundry facilities were amazing. The closeness to stores and places to eat were also a bonus. We enjoyed our stay without any bugs.
Nothing to do with the hotel but the guests were a bit careless when it came to leaving food near the doors and spreads across ours but staff tried to keep things clean along the way... The hot water doesn't last long in the shower. The hot tub was good but need repairs with the lose parts and clogging but appreciated that it was still functional and still enjoyed. There needs more information shared when guests arrive aside from check-in and a mention of where we can find pamphlets for nearby activities. A good tip for the laundry facilities, to mention where to purchase soap if you don't have any handy and bounce sheets that would be needed.

Good breakfast, and free newspapers. Lovely warm pool of a good size. The hotel rooms are quiet and doors don't bang like so many other hotels.. We have stayed on two occasions with a full hotel each time and we had very comfortable stays both times. The beds are very great quality with lovely smooth sheets and decent thickness pillows. (not too bulky) This is our go-to hotel when travelling through the area.

Check in was smooth. Pool table, pool, hot tub and sauna where great. Breakfast was great. Tv was good. Loved the option to keep bathroom fan on. I like white noise. Fridge in room was great to have. My partner thought the fridge was stocked with our favourite drinks. lol. He didn’t see me fill it up. I had my family over for a little visit which was so great to visit pool with my young nephews.
The bed was soft and comfy although it was sunken in the middle and felt like we kept rolling to centre. Room 312.
